I’m trying to submit a ticket through your support system, but I’m not receiving any response, and the tickets I’ve sent are not showing up.

Good morning, I’m trying to configure the member search feature provided by the sekosearch plugin, but I need to set up two types of search engines that appear only in specific circumstances. For example:
A member search form for members who have a paid membership. A member search for those who do not have any paid membership.
However, the plugin doesn’t allow me to select this type of configuration. It would be ideal to unlock a section that lets me specify which type of membership displays the search engine, similar to how it works in other sections like posts, pages, products, groups, etc., when the Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
If there is also any code snippet that I could use for this purpose, I would appreciate it.

With respect to your question here, the theme includes the free version of the “Paid Membership Pro” plugin and it does not require you to add a license in order to use it. License keys in Paid Membership Pro are only assigned to customers with an active paid membership of the plugin. You can confirm this from their pricing table here. Why is this theme not current with a supported version of PHP? PHP8.0 is reaching end of line and this theme is still not current for 8.1 or 8.2, We just spent the day testing it, and as soon as we change into this the most recent upgrade of this theme on any current version of PHP it crashes even without plugins active. It’s not working correctly for anything past 7.4. and PHP 8.0 and your support log shows that just updated for 8.0 while it is reaching end of life for most web hosts by Nov 1st, 2023. Do you plan to address the theme issue before then, or this just an unsupported relic that we have to import our site to a different theme? Come on guys, you are cutting it pretty close. Creates a pretty unstable environment to run a business platform from.
It makes no sense to upgrade to a supported version that’s not going to usable in 3 months time.

When i install alle the plugins on my website, it comes and say “the page are make to many redirect” and then i can’t not use the webpage, only if i use my FTP to remove the plugins. I can see that it only happent when i install the “Paid member ship pro plugin” How do i fix that?

Hi. How can I change the layout on the page? I want to have three columns. I only found default, right or left in the BuddyPress Settings option. But there is no option to have three columns. Is it possible to change it to three columns or is everything limited to the way I found it? Thank you.
Hi, The seeko theme doesn’t have the layout available on three columns only two, sidebar+main content It’s not a easy approach to make it with three since there should be rewritten big part of the css and changing logic in the php code for tree columns view. Cheers Radu

I like this template very much but there’s a fundamental conflict between two components that need to be resolved for all the users. Since this is not an individual support request, I post it here, so hopefully it gets fix in the next update.
There’s a main feature in this theme called Seeko Search that provides the search and filtering needed to find the right match for a given user. The theme is built for membership-based business, PMPro plugin provides the settings that allow you to set different level of access to your paid members.
Of course, you don’t want that non-member users simply browse and find information about your members. But you can’t simply set this, as the menu of the theme is built using Stax Menu Builder. Stax doesn’t follow the PMPro protocols and doesn’t limit the access of free users to the search and filter features. In other words, although the non-members cannot access certain pages or areas of the website, they can still see a short list of the members if they click on Seeko Search icon on the top right coroner of the menu.
I tried to inform the designers about this issue, but the support page didn’t accept my message and asked me to renew the support period first. I hope you the issue gets resolved in the next update or they add some notes on how to adjust the settings to their supportive documents.

Hi, Using Buddypress Restrict plugin that our theme suggest to install, you can restrict the members directory, after the user fills his criteria to search and click search or clicks on a certain profile he will be redirected on the levels page, in this way purchasing a level it’s encouraging. If your project requires other type of behaviour that might be changed using the services of a wordpress/buddypress developer.

“BuddyPress & PMPRO restrict” Adds restrictions settings to Buddypress areas for PMPro. It does not limit the access of free visitors to the Seeko Search.
Seeko Search downward triangular button that is on the left corner of the menu is set in the Stax Builder. If we delete it, it gets deleted from all the menus regardless of the membership level. If you leave it, it gives access to any visitor or user that who clicks on it, regardless of the membership level.
Furthermore, Stax Builder has not option to set membership access level to search button.
The user can scroll down the list of the members as soon as they open the search slider. They may not see the details, but they can see the names listed. Our site is not using Seeko for people, we present the name of the businesses. Seeing the name of a business is 50% of what the user need. They can find out about the details in Google search. There will be no need for them for paying for membership.
This is a fundamental conflict that must be resolved in the next update. I know that you’re trying to help and also expressing that Seeko has no issues. But nothing is perfect and there’s always room for improvement. I never wanted to mention anything negative about the Seeko them, but you could also prevent it by simply adding a comment section next to the help ticket submission. This way I could only send this message to you.
Hi, I understand your opinion but the seeko wasn’t designed to work in that particular way, it was designed to be a community like theme with certain restrictions, if your business requires a different type of restrictions that may be be developed custom. Cheers Radu

Hi, I am having issues with this theme for the past 5 days and support hasn’t been able to help me in regards to this issue.
I am unable to make any changes/edits with Elementor. When I click it, nothing loads. Also, the top menu bar where it says edit, edit with elementor etc was not there when the theme was first uploaded and support helped me to display that. But now it has disappeared again on its own.
Could someone please help me in resolving this. I have been unable to do anything for almost a week now
Hi, Those issues can be solved with theme and plugins update. 1. Please update the theme to the latest version, you can delete the current theme and re-download it from themeforest and upload it. 2. After that go to wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins and update the theme plugins then elementor plugin. With what username did you had written on our support ? since all tickets had been processed offering resolution for any issue. Please follow above procedures, it should solve the issue.
