Hi, i bought the theme today but there are several problems on the theme, wp bakery wants licence and the home page is not the same home page which we see. There is no menu on homepage1.
I am entering the purchase code but there is problem too. It says “Your purchase code has not yet registered an account. You can register your account by this purchase code”.

Perfect suport! I asked to help me in installing theme- but that smart support deleted all of my goods(1065 goods) and everything on my website. Since there is no answer i am asking to return my money back here!
Thx to Hung PD, that man fixed everything and now my website is working, theme is looking great. P.S if you will need to fix some thing with that theme ask Hung PD to do it since he is great developer.

hi I got your theme from envato elements however even though I setup all php setting within required limits I always get Error 504 – Gateway Timeout right after it imports mailchimp when I go to troubleshoot link you mention to import without media and then media.xml file in the data-import/data/media.xml theme folder however there is no such file in download? Please note I cant register on your forum since through marketplace we dont get any purchase code.

OK – I bit the bullet and bought this theme because there is a lot to like – however 3 months later I am STILL debugging issues with them – they are responsive enough but I question trusting this going forward. There has been very few sales of it – anybody else have insight on working with this team?

Yes Thank you – you have been responsive to the bugs. And I have been sending them to you already for 3 months. My concerns are about updating the theme going forward to address all of the issues discussed in an official update and capacity so all of your fixes are not overwritten or lost.
