The slowness is due to our server. We are currently in the process of migrating to a different and faster server, so it will be fast once we have fully migrated.
I hope you already have a better server. If so, you can purchase and install our theme on that server. You will see the differences.

I have already tried disabling all plugins before writing you the conflict. I also reinstalled elementor and segovia. The conflict is still present. I left activated only segovia core and elementor the problem bug is still present. Can you help me fix the problem?

I bought the theme on evanto elements. I installed this theme and it does not work. I tried everything to make it work, I deactivated all the plugins and redid the installation of the complete theme. It does not work. There are code errors everywhere, the problem comes from a widget on the portfolio and conflicts with elementor. the support is not sensitive to this problem? I don’t understand how you can sell a template that doesn’t work. I’ve been buying themes here on themeforest and on evanto element for 10 years, I’ve never had a template with code errors after a correct and successful installation. The support is not correct. He could at least install a working theme on evanto elements.

Header options are limited, and you can edit the header layout and some functionalities from Segovia Options > Design > Header.

In your demos I only single-page layouts for the portfolio. Do you have page options for the main portfolio page? For example, a portfolio page with 3 or 4 columns in a grid pattern with a filter to display thumbnails of different projects. Each thumbnail then would link to a single-page layout. Thanks.

You can reduce the top and bottom spacings of footer using the following CSS code “Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS”.footer-widget-area {padding: 15px 0;}

Thanks for your reply. I didn’t work; it will only reduce a little bit, but not as ‘low’ as I want it to be.. the lowest I can go is when I fill in : .footer-widget-area {padding: 0px 0;}
(I don’t know how to code, so don’t really know how to adjust it)
I have some other issues as well; 1. Segovia options > Header > Design > Search Icon ; When I turn this option off it will still show in the header/menu. It doesn’t seem to disappear.
2. I can’t seem to add social icons to the header. Segovia options > Header > Design; when I change my header design to the side menu design it will show the option to add social icons, but not when I choose regular menu.

Please edit your homepage and you’ll see : Page Custom Options > Header. Select the style of the header should be Default (From Theme Options)

I bought this theme mainly because of the banners. A banner for me is really important when ‘entering’ a website. I bought this theme because it said easy customisable. I’m trying really hard to customise the home banners via Template menu > banner but it’s really hard for someone who doesn’t know how to code.. I wish the images would be easy to swap from the demo content. I just really don’t know how to work with this since this option isn’t supported by Elementor.

1. We do only have one type of mobile menu. But, you can customize those colors of the hamburger icon and link colors on Customizer.
2. Yes, those banner sliders are custom elementor widget made only for the Segovia theme.
