I bought this professional theme, but i cant install on my wordpress! The WP sad: this is not a WP theme!

I find this theme in the News ticker plugin (i search for rss slider) and from there…i bought, becouse i love this theme…but i need to work in my wordpress! Can you help me how to install this theme in WP?
