I have decided not to use this theme as clearly not ready as kicks up errors on every stage of the quick start, Have contacted customer support and put in a request as theme is not fit for sale and to be credited for the amount.

As we see, that your problem is not about template problem so nothing to do with item Package, this is about hosting server setting regarding “memory_limit” in PHP.ini, try to higher the value than 64 MB. for your information, we set “memory_limit = 512 M” (512 MB) to our PHP.ini

We always give support to our clients in the support forums. So if you need help please come to our forum and let’s us discuss, how to resolve it. So if another clients have same problem , they can find how to resolve the issue. You work in the media, you should know that “Support” is expensive, but we all as author at Themeforest provide for free, but sometime we can’t give fast support because of another thing.

As you know and this is important thing, All items must be working properly before the item is approved by ThemeForest, all the work (item) was tested with very tight here.

Well your website must not work like your template… Ok Well I have spoken to my hosting and they go up to 128mb and is still not enough to run this template, and would suggest a private server to host on as the template is very heavy in MB so anyone on shared hosting will find that they will not be able to install and will have the same issues as me with the fatal error. I would also recommend you say in your listing VPS only or 512mb or better still if you have a Godaddy account don’t buy this theme as would of saved me two days trying to work out.

Ps I have changed to 128mb which is not enough to run this template

re-download new package version 1.1, install again the Quickstart, after that go to admin joomla, on template, make sure “Development mode” to OFF. For your information , we use shared Hosting ($4/mo) for Demo version, and it work properly

On host gator maybe but does not help when I host with Godaddy which I am, but not to worry am searching for a cleaner more reliable source for template Many Thanks

I’ve followed this link and the procedures, still not able to get this issue fixed due to the system telling me that they can’t send me a password for my account because my mail function is disabled. I’ve check with my hosting and sent several emails to the one in question. I would like to resolve this issue, can you please help

When I try to sign in to the forum I get a error message, so I will not let me sign in. I’ve also sent a email to the link about and I’m not getting a response. Can we resolve this issue?
