​I have purchase this theme in november 2018 in the site “elements.envato.com”​​ I lost my original file download and the purchase code.

Now appears that the theme is dissable in elements.envato site.

I have a problem with the last automatic update of WP, you can see the problems in the front of the site: www.trazadoresdemetales.cl​

- I can’t edit the pages, because the WPBakery dont work in admin

- Appears rare caracters in some fonts like accents ´ and ñ (spanish language)

- Appears rare texts in some titles in the home

I need help as soon is possible, thanks!

Hey there. I’m editing a website I did not create. But it uses your theme. I have a question. Is it possible to keep the favicon and the menu in the same row (line). On the desktop version it looks nice. Even on the iPad. But on the iPhone the favicon is centered on top and pushes the small menu icon to the next row.

Hello, I am needing some help with a couple things: 1) There seem to be some display issues – sections of content set up through Visual Composer disappearing, and the sticky header “shuddering” on scrolling back up to the top of the page (both in Chrome) 2) I need to upgrade both Slider Revolution and Visual Composer which were bundled with the theme 3) Is there an upgrade to this theme available? I did the original install several months ago (theme downloaded in Nov 2016) and finally getting ready for golive. just want to make sure everything is up to date.

I’ve juste buy the Sentra theme, to manage one of my client’s website. I’ve charged the demo but there is no slider as you can see in the page for example: http://www.richardsi.be/en_construction/homepage-2/

In the admin I see the slider but in the parameters I see : ID LayerSlider ” No sliders founds”...
