Update: poor service
I am having problems getting a refund for a poor quality theme.
Very slow response from the "support" that is recommended to anyone who isn't getting along with the theme.
Who first after 24 hours suggested we work out the many many issues with the theme gradually one by one, which I can only imagine how many weeks would take at this speed. now it's been 34 hours since last communication and no response, so I wonder if I will get a faster response with a public comment.
I am happily using another theme now, and don't regret the move.
I will update once I get the return processed. Shocked at the service from such a large provider, you just don't expect this today.
If you have any time sensitive work, avoid.
