There is a problem with the text editor when we add or edit a service in the provider profile. When we add a multimedia file, for example a photo or bold text, when viewed from the outside as a client of the service, a code appears and not the photo and the text is not bold. 2. When we choose the service, the amount in BGN is the opposite. For example in Bulgaria “лв. 991” should be “991 лв.”. 3. Can the date of the published task be in Bulgarian? Hi, the job alarm doesn’t send the email to the administrator when the job is created, an also doesn’t send the email to the providers when tehe job is approved.

Hello, I have some questions before buying.

1. is there a preview of what invoices look like? In my country (Austria) there are certain rules regarding data that must be present on the invoice. 2. are the currency “euro” and translations supported? 3. the backend for users is built on – as far as I can see – my account or WooCommerce, right? In what way is it possible to edit the user menu in the backend? Are there any screenshots of what settings are available? Would it be theoretically possible to customize the user backend menu using Elementor Pro (templates) and the shortcodes? 4. are invoices generated for the site owner for the packages etc. via WooCommerce? e.g. with the help of germanized? 5. is it possible to rebuild the registration process or to do it with the help of gravity forms and assign the role to the users? 6. are there already plans, when the next update comes?

You have tried to install wrong folder, you must install service-finder.zip, that is the theme folder, the folder you tried to install is the main downloaded folder which contains all files including service finder zip. We will get back to your email with further guidance.

You answered my previous question: Pagebuilder is not included with the theme, our buyers are using Elementor and WP Bakery page builder successfully at their end.

So I wondred can I use WP Bakery and easy change for example the frontpage if I want, it’s compatible with this theme? I just need to buy it myself, thats what you say?

If so, does all parts (boxes, colums, rows etc) at the pages shows as it was built with WP Bakery when I installed that? Or is it tricky to get it to work?


The custom shortcodes are manageable through theme options -> shortcode settings, apart from that if you want to add new sections or blocks then can use page builder.

Ok so I can add a new section and blocks but i can not change existing sections and blocks with the WP Bakery Page Builder?

You edit the custom shortcodes from theme options as I mentioned, if you want to remove any custom section then can remove the shortcode from the home page content. No, you can’t edit existing custom sections through page builder.
