Please. I’ve just purchased the theme and I need to change the google font, but the list of fonts is not updated and some of the latest ones do not appear. How can I solve this problem? Thanks.

In case you’ve used your purchase code to register one installation, you are required to deregister in order to use the purchase code on a different installation.

I cannot log in the website where the theme was registered to deregister it because the WordPress is installation and the theme are no longer installed in the original site :(

How can I deregister my license from the old domain if I do not have access to it? There should be a way. Could you please tell me?

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.

In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all of our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, it will be listed in the change log.

In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

WP 5.8 introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

User registration and login issue please help, when a user registers it stays on one page but adds the user, when the user tries to login it gives wrong email or username.

Please help. 1. I do not see where the “Included and Not included” is part of the Tour info (this is one of the main reasons for my purchase), and 2. How Do I change the Label “Book This Tour…”?

1. This is set through “Tours Attributes”, please see screenshot.

2. To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for SetSail Tours, SetSail Core or other bundled plugins and search for label there.

Can i add tours in the destination???

Tours and destinations are both custom post types, and you can insert a tour list inside destination item, because destination post type accepts WPBakery editor, so you can set a category for your tours.

Hi Team, Can I add PayU Biz India Payment gateway on Tour Checkout. It’s showing only Paypal. In shop page, I can add PayU Biz India Payment gateway through WooCommerce. In Tour Checkout Page can I also PayU Biz India payment gateway.

Theme is compatible with WooCommerce and you can use all the payment options that is supported within this plugin for the shop functionality but the booking system for tours has custom payment integration and currently PayPal is only option. The only payment available for tours is PayPal, and since tours are custom post type that we developed for this theme, we haven’t tested compatibility with other payment methods.

Thank you for taking interest in our theme!

1. The prices on tour items are for the whole tour and it is necessary to have price set for the tour so booking form could work correctly.

2. 6. The SetSail booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and if you want to organize the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files.

3. You can hide our booking form on tour pages and in the description section (which can be edited with WPBakery page builder) you can add a contact form which you can create to suit your needs and have all of these fields and where users can send their inquiries (please see screenshot).

4. We haven’t tested our theme with this plugin so we cannot guarantee it’s compatibility.

5. You can check available options for “Tour Filters” shortcode in the screenshot. To adjust this filter further and add new search functionalities you would need to edit our theme files.
