To install the theme please follow instructions from this article here. Once you install the theme and import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. You can find more info in the documentation in this link.

for Flexibility

I had and still have a lot of problems using polylang with this template.
Not everybody want to use only WPML plugin.
Polylang and Loco translate are also used for many websites, and I had no problems with these plugins with other templates.
You need more flexibility with the multi-language.

When it comes to setting up multi-language websites with our themes we recommend checking this article - How To Create A Multi-Language Website. The theme is compatible with Loco Translate and we also recommend checking this article - How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for SetSail Core, SetSail Tours, SetSail Memebrship or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

I'm giving one star because I can't import the theme called "Travel Agency". I can't find an exhaustive guide to upload it to xml as well.

I can't pay for support to import a theme...it's really ridiculous. This is the first time this has happened to me.

I ask for a precise guide that tells me how to import the SetSail "Travel Agency" theme

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your homepage (please see screenshot).
For demo import please follow instructions from the documentation in this link.

After the theme is purchased you get 6 months support period and you should know that you can always turn to our support team and you are more than welcome to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help. i"m facing a bug. the theme widget is not working. they are showing critical error

If you are running latest WordPress version, please try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Newer WordPress versions introduced block based widgets feature, so we do recommend using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic as a temporary solution until we add compatibility with block based widgets.

Stay away from this template. I bought it few days ago but the import is not working. Always stuck halfway. I contacted customer support and no feedback yet. Very disappointed.

Our support forum was closed on Friday due to a national holiday. Also, please note that our support management system is sorting requests by the latest requester update, so every time you send a new message in the same request, that request gets pushed down the queue.

We bought this theme 2 years ago. We had many problems with setting it up properly and we did a lot of cleaning up and correcting bad code in there… That said, it’s a beautiful theme, overrated and maybe too expensive, considering it did not work as a charm straight away.

2 years after, obviously WordPress itself has updated, servers and cPanels have updated, even PHP depreciated older versions.
Obviously our 12-month support, sold with the theme (20-30 dollars), has expired.

We have come across some issues now, that appeared out of nowhere. Issues that appeared from within the theme itself. We cannot even raise a ticket with qodeinteractive.com / Select themes, because they ask from us to buy a 12-months support again for 65 dollars… when a full new licence including support, costs 85 dollars…

NO MY FRIENDS, I DON’T WANT TO PAY 12 MONTHS EXPENSIVE SUPPORT, I WANT YOU TO CORRECT THE ISSUES OF THE THEME THAT YOU BUILT! I WOULD BE WILLING TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT WORTH A WEEK, OR A MONTH MAYBE… THAT’S IT.

Do you make your themes crash on purpose after 1-2 years, so that you can milk your customers asking for more support money…???

STATING THE MAJOR ISSUE (there are more)
The site was working and loading properly, up to now. Everything is fully updated.

Suddenly the site broke, giving a message of critical error and not loading. We identified that the issue is with the theme’s required “SetSail Core” plugin.
The only way to load the site (incomplete and with no structure of course), is by deactivating this plugin.
Even re-installing it didn’t work. Even restoring to previous WP/Theme backups, or rolling back to previous WP versions, or even previous PHP version did not work.
Not even the WP dashboard or WP login page loads, when we re-activate this core plugin. Only by renaming the plugins folder, from within cPanel’s File Manager tool (which we cannot give access to support obviously) will the site load again.

Sorry to hear this on your end. Please note that you do have our themes documentation as well as you do have many helpful articles that can be found at our help center.
Commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer their own options framework, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities and custom elements, and learning curve can be steep sometimes, especially when you are facing some new theme for the first time. Knowing all that you have to understand that you actually need to experiments with these options and learn some of the, and best practice for that is to actually import theme demo content.

But the most important part is that you always have the ability to submit a request to our help center where our support team will be more than willing to help with any theme related issue you do encounter.
