I opened a ticket several days ago and nobody is dealing with while the site is partially working. I don’t know what happened to support but a simple reply will be helpful…..(ticket 19331)

What happened to the slider in the theme? We used the latest theme files and updated the site to make sure it is compatible with the latest version. However, we lost our slider options. Is it no longer available? Or is this another bug in the latest theme version? Thank you

Yes, we still support Shaka theme.

With every WP update, we test all of our themes to ensure maximum performance and compatibility with the changes, that are made. If we detect any issue with theme, we immediately issue an update, to make it compatible with new WP version.

All of our themes are coded by WP standards to ensure, they do not encounter any problems, even though WP is updating and making changes to the core.

However, we have not detected any issue’s with this theme, therefore, there is no need to update any functionalities.

If you encounter any problems with the theme, we are always here to help you get it fixed.

I need reinstall the theme ate the same domain I used the theme. But when I try to use my purchase code, I got a message saying the purchase code was already been used. Do I need buy another license?

No, you are free to use the theme, as long as your main domain stays the same. The same license can also be used on subdomains for development purpose, as long as they are really subdomains and not separate domains.

Hi, when will be avaiable new theme version? Compatble with latest WP version?

Also me if update to 5.7.1 or 5.7.2 receive error…i have to downgrade to 5.6.2

Hello, my support is expired but the instagram token isn’t working and when trying to renew, it takes me to : https://apps.proteusthemes.com/instagram/get-access-token.php which is a dead link. Is there a way to generate a token again?

It works great and I have tested this on many websites.

The latest version of your Shaka theme completely breaks WordPress 5.7.

Reverting to an older version of your theme fixes the issue.

Hello! Is there an option to upgrade from old version (1.6.0) to the newest one (1.14.2)? I’ve tried using your instruction (replacing folder content) but it doesn’t work. Do you have any other instructions you can share?

We want to use the Shaka theme for a new site for a client. However, I have some concerns. It has not been updated since July 2020, which tells me it’s probably not compatible with the latest version of WordPress. When will you be updating the theme and how often will you update in the future? I don’t want my client to be left with a theme that won’t work with future WordPress and plugin updates. Also, do all of the widgets still work like the Weather widget?

Hello, your theme is fantastic. There is an error with the instagram widget on your demo: instead of the images, there is “400 – The access_token provided is invalid.”

We are very sorry this happened. Instagram officially turned off their legacy API (see documentation https://www.instagram.com/developer/). This affected thousands of our websites and themes.

Our development team have noticed this right away and they are already working on an update to fix the issue.

They have already implemented the fixes, now we only have to wait for feedback from Instagram developers in order to confirm the solution and apply the changes.

Patience is highly appreciated.

Couldt wait for reply, so unfortunately I ended up buying the theme. Now I realize that there is NO OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE FONTS? I have searched all over but cannot find this in theme settings? Please tell me this is a mistake and it is me who is lame??

thank you for your opinion. Some things are simplified and already solvable, this is why there is no need to rediscover them. We have integrated Easy Google Fonts WordPress plugin to work seamlessly with our themes and it is very easy to use. Theme is compatible with this plugin and you can change all fonts in no-time.

Hello, I thought I have lifetime updates? I can’t see any more downloads on ThemeForest. I´m still using the version 1.13.00 of the shaka theme. Do i have to update it manually then? Automatically seems not to be working. When was the latest update? Thanx Marco

Your current version is the latest version of the theme. If a new update is released you will receive automatic updates on your activated site.

Hi, bought the licence for client. The domain on which the theme was used was not renewed (and the site does not exist any more) – he now wants to reopen the same site on different domain. Is it possible to change the domain to which the licence is linked to? Cheers

Proteus, i have purshase theme a long time ago… The domain http://www.copacabanaopen.rio.br doesn’t exist anymore. Can you deactivate in this domain so that I can activate in another?
