I guess that style.css was erroneously not included into the .zip package. Just guessing, but we are all people and the human factor cannot be excluded. So you can read this helper https://qawerk.com/blog/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report-best-practices/ about how to submit bug reports properly and try to submit it on this template as the first learning experience.

So do we need to buy elemetor pro separately or you include the same in this package
No, Elementor Pro is not includded with this Kit and you will have to buy Elementor Pro if you wish to modify Pro widgets.
