Support for this item is horrible. I cannot even submit a ticket because it will not accept the purchase code FROM THIS SITE. The controls do not work properly (think breadcrumbs) and most of the WP Bakery elements (only the Shifen ones) do not work as in the demo. I installed the demo and just changed a picture. Guess what? It didn't work. I have spent more time trying to figure this out (and I do WP websites all the time) and still do not have the functionality. I am not pleased and will be seeking a refund.

I am not able to install this theme and no response from the support. Highly disappointed and want refund.
