Hi, Quick Presale questions. Is it possible to have the tickets on your theme converted to woocommerce products. The goals is to sell tickets with different pricing based on the user role (registered earlier). Is this possible? Does this theme support woocommerce in general ? Do you support multiple attendees per event with custom field for these attendees? Any attendees based registration / management system for the events?
1) Yes, you can sell tickets via WooCommerce. The “Tickets” page are we are currently showing in the demo is actually WooCommerce.
2) Yes, our theme has WooCommerce support built-in.
3) By default WooCommerce will not support dates/attendees tracking. If you wanted to add this, it could be done via a plugin.

Commenting on behalf of a client who purchased this theme. Unsure why simple content blocks (using default template layout) are not resizing properly on mobile devices.
See example here: http://develop.settingsunshortfilmfestival.com.au/sponsors-media. There’s an inherent padding around the content blocks that isn’t mobile responsive.
Can this be rectified?

Outdated WooCommerce Templates Message: You can almost always ignore this message as it is just letting you know the version number of a custom template doesn’t match the WooCommerce version. Since WooCommerce is always making small tweaks to the templates, it’s not something to be worried about. The latest updates for example are extremely minor and do not effect our custom template system.

after unzipping the download there is another zip file I am uploading that particular file but getting the error
Don’t worry, that just means your hosting provider is limiting your file size that you can upload. You can contact them and ask them to increase this limit to 10mb OR you can upload the files via FTP.

Yeah, when you login it checks to see if you have a valid support license. It should have told you when you attempted to login that your support has expired. This is why you cannot post in our forum. If you would like to extend your support license, you can do so by purchasing a “Support Pack” on the item page in the top right. We don’t have a page builder built-in. However we do have support for Visual Composer built-in. Also, you can use free page builders like Elementor with our theme.

Yeah, that is a great recommendation and we updated our item . Today, we updated the mobile menu to a modern & user-friendly version as you described. We added the common hamburger icon with a proper dropdown. The updated the theme is ready to download.

Hi, I wonder about menubar. I can see the block behind the menu text when I click the menu, Can i make same size in the menubar stick, so when we scroll it down it will stick there.sort. I had a mark on menu in the theme, but, I can’t upload. Regards.

Hi there, can you please tell me how i can integrate a list of sponsors on any page? I know there is a widget for that, but this only displays it on “homepage” or “any page”. I want to place it on one single custom site only. Is there a shortcode or anything for that?

Check out the documentation included with the theme. The Sponsors page is created for you automatically. Also, you can create additional sponsors pages by creating sponsor categories and adding posts to those categories. From there, you can just link to the category which creates the sponsors pages for you.
