I love this theme, but I've had a lot of difficultly with it not responding to my changes and being inflexible with my needs. It seems there is no rhyme or reason with a lot of things, which can drive me crazy when I'm trying to update a page and it won't accept my changes.

no one has gotten back to me on a ticket I submitted a week ago.........and you have to jump through a million hoops just to submit the ticket
