I like your Socks theme. I opened your socks demo theme on my mobile phone and I noticed that when I add item to cart my cart next to menu says zero. I would like to buy your theme but this is big issue. is it just demo issue?

Please clear cache and LocalStorage or open our demo site in incognito mode to see changes that were implemented correctly. Don’t suppose there is anyway to have a standard horizontal menu on this theme is there? I love everything about it but don’t want to hide the menu options.

I noticed the top content in the websoft demo is not showing in mobile view. (“Your Smartest Digital Assistant”. With the “Get Started” and “watch the video” call-outs not working). Why is this – seems that top-of-page content should show up top-of-page on mobile as well.

Great theme! This will be suitable for our client, but I do have a few pre-sale questions regarding the theme:
1. Since it isn’t integrated with VC, do you have another method to add components for content WITHOUT needing to manually input shortcodes and the likes? I think I saw your creator, but wanted to make sure.
2. Do you have any page templates for a coming soon/landing page to collect mailchimp emails?
3. Are the menu layout options built into the theme as well? And how customizable is it ie. Adding a CTA to the menu.

1. The theme comes with a custom Content Composer created by our developers for content adding – the tool that is proved to be handy and convenient. Drag’n’drop function provides great flexibility of settings and shortcode options. Shortcodes can be easily added, edited and rearranged.Our visual content composer allows to place any shortcode/section to any part of the content area. 2.There are no such templates that can be offered, appreciate your understanding.

I love your Theme. It looks great, is intuitive and easy to customize. I have one question: I use the “pillow” demo and when I go to my website the Revolution Slider isn`t shown. I have already checked the settings if it ist set invisible on mobile, but it is activated.

Nice theme, but wondering if there are performance issues? I still may buy this as I like it, but wondering if can be improved.

It shows very low score for desktop and even lower for mobile.

PageSpeed Insights is aimed to value mobile applications – not sites, and it shouldn’t be used for checking the WordPress themes on mobile.
You can check the theme using https://gtmetrix.com/ or https://tools.pingdom.com/
Please note that the score depends on the images, that are not optimized in our demo for the more attractive appearance. It also depends on whether the files are minified(compressed). But please note that if all the theme files will be compressed many customers will face difficulties in editing them. Therefore, you can minify(compress) files manually or use third-party cache plugins for this purpose (like W3 Total Cache and Autoptimize plugins) .
