for Feature Availability

I have been suffering since day I bought this Shopier Theme. Most of the features does not work.

Our mobile users are not able to view and see menus and items within.

We do not want to use stone age menu created by Yeti. Other excellent menu are there but this theme does not allow to publish and display in mobile.

Most features promised and not available or reduced to minimum features. We were promised big but the features given is very little.

Even Auto update and upgrade does not work in theme shopier.

The support is so poor that no one chats, no one comes to support, no one even use collaborator account to resolve our pending problems since last 65 days.

Unless all these improve , we will not be upgrading the review rating.

Yeti team must support fast and well to get a good review and we shall improve rating once we get good support and all full features of product as promised before buying.

amazing potential if it wasn't so freakin' buggy. keep adding product "padding" of endless empty spaces,
SO ANNOYING. I CANT BELIEVE I PAID FOR THIS TORTURE . I rather pay a bdsm mistress to melt candles on my nipples.

for Customer Support

Great theme, very customizable and super easy with the drag and drop system. The customer support is awesome! They help so much with some issues. Thanks again guys!

for Customizability

As one who has built Shopify frameworks in the past, I naturally have high expectations for themes. While Shopier has a lot of features — and support has been responsive! — the overall product needs a lot of refinement, including the documentation. There are better ways of structuring the Home Page sections, for instance, that wouldn't require so many General Settings. AddThis code and the MailChimp form action URL for the pop-up require alterations to the code files. Google font specifications rely on the user understanding font CSS shorthand. As I look at this theme from a user perspective, it's not for the casual Shopify owner to simply "plug-n-play." Lots of great potential here, though. I like many of the refinements they created, but had I been able to test-drive this beforehand, I would not have purchased this theme. I needed something the client could manage easily once we did the initial configurations. The sections are far too confusing and the documentation too scant to make it a truly user-friendly theme. On the other hand, if you have experience with Shopify's theme framework, CSS, HTML and a bit of Javascript, this theme provides a decent starting point. The code does appear lean and fast (although the data json file is incredibly large). Again, I'm probably a harder critic having built over 100 Shopify stores using a custom framework designed for rapid deployment. Now, with the new Sections for Shopify themes, developers have an opportunity to make theme customization even easier. However — and I'm not even referring to the many typos — this theme is not optimized for user friendliness. Just professional critique. Not mean-spirited, just my opinion. Kudos to the developers for diving into this new section-focused methodology, too!

for Customer Support

Not only is this theme very adaptable - its clean yet effective and more importantly - if not most importantly - the support is awesome!

You will not be disappointed.
