I bought your theme today, it looks like great but I notice one issue : the pagespeed score you mentioned isn’t true. As you can see I done some tests with your demo and in localhost… preformance are poor, espacialy on mobile

Older version of Shopio – Multipurpose WooCommerce WordPress Theme was installed on our website https://solestone.in/ i.e. version 1.00. But as per your recent update through Envato the shopio theme newer version 1.1.4 downloaded – when extracting the zip file – we found that the child theme is missing, and only the parent theme was available in the zip file. Hence we wanted to check if we should replace only the parent theme and retain the older version child theme as it is, or would you be providing a newer version of child theme for this update.

Hi. When viewing the website and shop pages on mobile. There is no visible add-to-basket button under each product. There is a hover-over feature on the desktop which does not translate well on to the mobile user experience. The add-to-basket does not show as standard and users are required to tap a product which then brings up an add-to-basket button, but at the same time, it then takes the user to the product page. So in terms of a quick buy experience where users could just click on the add to basket right on the shop page is not working very well. I see no options to fix this within the wp dashboard. Please could you advise how I can keep a ‘add to basket’ button under each product when viewing in archive/shop/category pages where all products show? Not just on a single page or on hover for mobile. The client site is ready but they have this issue which I need to fix before going live. So there is some urgency involved, thanks.

can I use a license to set up your theme templates on multiple subdomains of my agency’s main domain, to create a portfolio?
Hi there, This license is required for each subdomain. Depends what the subdomain is for example of you had a theme and then blog.website so it’s clearly part of the main site then that’s ok but simply using sub domains for different sites is not allowed. Thanks,
But the final product is just one: virtual agency with the models, just for showcase, installed in the subdomains of the agency. They will only serve as the agency’s portfolio, nothing more. And when a model is sold, we purchase a new license for each model sold.
