I have a problem with the widget area, the area is 100×100 wide, it is not in sync with the rest of the web, would there be any way to correct that? I want the area to be embedded, not 100×100 width.
On the other hand, in the mobile version area it appears as minimized, why? I would like it to appear in the mobile version since it has essential content.
You can see the problem at www.artfurniet.com
There has been an update of the slider, the slider has stopped working in the mobile version. Www.Artfurniet.com

I am adding a lot of images to the photo gallery and keep getting the error message MISSING BLOCK OF TYPE: ”” what is this caused by? how can I fix this? do I have a limit to how many images can be in the photo gallery? can I extend this limit to a new number? Whenever I get this error message, the entire page content will delete after the photo gallery forcing me to dig up the page in a DB backup and manually restore the content. Help.
Oops sorry, I just realized this issue that I have is with a different theme and not shopkeeper. False alarm
Not sure if this is a bug, but the really nice “out of stock” box which displays when a product is out of stock doesn’t trigger with product variations. Is this the correct behaviour?
Aka if I select an out of stock variation, it just blocks the “add to cart” button being pressed, but doesn’t indicate to the customer that the product is actually out of stock.
I don’t have support but would imagine this is a bug (hopefully!). For reference, try N64, PAL Variation here – https://theretro.co.uk/shop/retro-gaming-monthly-club/
Hello and thank you for using Shopkeeper!
I believe that’s the native functionality of WooCommerce. I am forwarding your note to our developers, hopefully they’ll be able to come up with an improvement for that and include it in one of the following updates.
Thank you Adrian. Really appreciate it!
I have a problem with your shop keeper template. Chrome-Apple does not work on the home page. Can not click adetail. Products do not respond. Additionally, you do not see the ADD TO BASKET button when you move the mouse. On the category page. it’s alright.
Thanks for reaching out to support via the Help Center. Looking forward to hear back from you.
Hi. What’s in the update on Aug 11?
You can always check the changelog here: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/207365265-Updates-History-Changelog-
Hi! in the header -> header elements, I have enabled “my account” icon. But this will only show a “log out” button in the top bar, when the user is logged in. I would like it to show “Sign in/ create account” for non-logged-in users. How can I do that? Thanks
WooCommerce doesn’t show a Sign in / Create Account link by default. You can either have the account icon next to the cart or add a link to the My Account page in the secondary navigation, next to that logout icon.

This is a great theme, and I love it for my shop. However I have realized that it does not look good on the phone. And I’m not sure how to make it look correct on mobile. The words are all broken up and you only see half of the images. Any idea on how to fix this?
Hello there and thank you for choosing Shopkeeper.
I’ve opened up a support request for you, should have a new email on that, I was asking for more details and I am currently waiting for a reply. I’ll do my best to help you figure this out.
Is this at all compatible with Elementor? Would be cool to use Elementor to build headers and some pages, and then Shopkeeper to manage the shopping experience.
Since Shopkeeper comes with WPBakery’s page builder we haven’t tested it with Elementor.
How do I make images zoomable on mobile device please? Currently this works fine on PC but on mobile devices there is no way to zoom on the images
There’s no built-in option that would enable zooming for mobile devices at the current time. I’ll turn this into a feature request. If possible, our developers will implement it for a future update.
Other than that, how your experience with Shopkeeper so far, can you maybe share a link to your site so we can see your work?
That would be awesome! I believe that would improve user experience and conversion rate as users would be able to see fine details on the products.
I have to say that this is one of the best themes I have worked with… you can see my work here:
Sounds great! Good to hear that. Good work!
Can you provide me with the CSS to adjust the width of the single blog post width? Its very narrow and could use to be a bit wider. I’ve attempted to change the CSS but its not working with mobile. I’m assuming there is an issue with the mobile offset or something similar. Can you provide me with the CSS to make a true fix for this?
I guess it would require more than a line of CSS to get it right. I’ll turn this note into a feature request and hopefully our developers will be able to implement an option that would allow you to adjust that.
Thank you for using Shopkeeper!
Is it possible when clicking on a product variation i.e the colour “black” that it can link to another product?
Hmm, no, not for as far as I know with native functionality in WooCommerce, maybe you can find a plugin for that.
Hi I updated theme to the latest version. Unfortunately I didn’t get any info about Shopkeeper Extender plugin. Is there a place I can download it, and is this necessary if I dont use Gutenberg? The Ajax product removal don’t work as well. Can you tell me which files has been changed (regarding this improvement)?
You can always install the plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins.
If you’re not planning to use Gutenberg right now you don’t need to enable it, it’s currently optional, but future update may include new functionality, so I’d rather recommend using it.
About the actual files that got changed, we can’t do that, we don’t recommend updating just individual files. It may result into error we won’t be able to help with.
The product removal seems to be working fine at this end. Please make sure to clear the cache and try again.
@adrian_getbowtied I updated the whole theme, but I’ve made some changes to couple of files in child theme and I don’t know which of them were affected. I really want this ajax removal to work but right now it doesn’t (I cleared the cache)
I know how to install the plugiin, where I can download it though?
Hello! ! I am currently creating a website using wordpress and the shopkeeper and I’m having a couple of issues. I cannot seem to find the ”Getbowtied tools” plugin under installed plugins or on the web. And Also on the wordpress admin, page “shopkeeper” doesn’t appear under “jetpack” for me to hover over in the left hand navigational menu. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times(I installed the installable wordpress file only
I just sent a reply to your support request.
On mobile devices my product images look blury and there is a looping loading icon that doesn’t disapear. How can I solve this?
I am interested in purchasing your product, here’s a summary of what I am trying to build. I am trying to build a pc part picker website with many options.
Here are some queries:
Does it include -
-Dashboard: Do you have a dashboard for us to see statistics of our individual product sales etc. How many sold within a certain time period/which timing is the best/ geographically where is making the most sale
-Payment options: Paypal, Stripe, bank transfer, skrill and any others?
- Options tab: in the product page for parts customization/ different options?
-Refund – Is there a tab programmed to facilitate refunds by customers?
-Inventory management – For us to know how much stocks are left/ sold, this should be automated, and provides us the option to manually manage it as well.
-Coupon and point system, targeted promo code – Is it possible to set something up? Where customers are rewarded points into their accounts whenever someone used their promo code to make a purchase.
-Mailchimp – is this feature available?
-360 view – I looked into your demo page and found out none of the websites allow for viewers to have a dynamic 360 degree view of the product. Is this available?
-Live chat – To facilitate customer service and queries, is it possible to set up a live chat box to interact with customers?
-Page speed and yslow grade?
-Custom html – to what extend can i customise, would i able to add java script etc. because we are to build a custom pc part picker, and we want to display some form of graphics and description from the options the users have chosen. Is it possible to be done?
Live search On the search bar, when users search for something, the options will be shown.
-Cart dropdown – When the user clicks on the cart tab on any page, a cart drop down will show what they have put into their cart and must have the option to buy from the cart drop down.
- Can we position the navbar links in the center?
Do let us know, we hope to hear from you soon.
Alternatively, you can drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.

It works great with Shopkeeper, I use it on my website www.belfoon.be.
Does this work with the plugin WooCommerce Germanized?
Thanks for your help!
Yes it does, I can confirm that.
I activated Gutenberg plugin and Shopkeeper Extender Plugin. But now I can’t edit pages anymore with WPBakery Page Builder. Am I doing something wrong? Should I just disable Gutenberg?
