Hi there,

Love the theme but could you kindly provide the dummy export files for the revolution sliders please? I’m looking for the full screen slider that shows up on the home page of your demo site. The documentation does not include any information on how to replicate the look of that slider or settings etc.

Thank you for using Shopkeeper. Sure, please just ask for that in a support request: http://support.getbowtied.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Cheers! Romi

Are there different blog layouts/types available?

Scroll through galleries and videos (either local, youtube, or vimeo). Also, I always thought it would be nice to have a post style dedicated to an event. Leave the registering up to another tool like EventBrite, but have fields for Location, Date, Time, and a link to register.

Do you have an idea of when these updates might be available?

Hey again,

Adrian here this time. We don’t have an estimated time of arrival for these new features, 2015 should bring an updates roadmap so we’re waiting for it.

Happy Holidays! Adrian.

Does this theme support retina displays?

Yes, it is built with that in mind, but it doesn’t automatically create larger retina versions for the images you’re uploading. On our projects, we use the Retina 2x plugin successfully. (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-retina-2x/)

Cheers! Romi

Hi Great theme, i have the plugin disqus active and show the comment in full screen, pls helme me ;(

You should ask for that in a support request: http://support.getbowtied.com/hc/en-us/requests/new It needs to be checked.

Cheers! Romi

i already did that, but i can’t access to my account the Forgot my password no send me the password

I have a pre-purchase question. I like that the product images change when hovering over them on the product pages. How is this managed? Does it switch only between the first and second product images?

Do you have a demo site where I can try adding a product just to test so I can make a decision if this theme is going to work for my needs?

Thanks, Nino

Hey Nino,

Good to hear you’re considering Shopkeeper. The product image transitions to the second image available in the product gallery, there’s nothing else to manage. I’d like to hear more about what are you trying to achieve.

Regretfully, we don’t have an online demo at the moment that would allow you to test the back-end. Let me know if you’re looking for something in particular, I could at least share some screenshots.

Cheers! Romi

Come on, guys! i’m waiting for support. Your last response was Last Friday at 10:13! I Have to finish the site tomorrow! Try to response my ticket as soon as possible! It’s Urgent! Request #9782 thanks…

i’m really disapointed about support delay…Try to response my tickets as soon as possible! It’s Urgent! - Request #9782 (no response since last friday, 5days ago from now) - Request #10424 (poor and incomplete response today)

Need support urgent for the tickets already mentioned above.

New issue: Portfolio items and pages are now not working. After hours of work editing and creating content for portfolio, when it almost done, the Portfolio pages simple not works anymore. Can’t believe… There is a 404 Not Found error at the front-end. And at back-end when click to see page updates / page changes this error message: Warning: Missing argument 2 for wp_kses(), called in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data03/17/2243017/html/wp-content/themes/shopkeeper/inc/metaboxes/portfolio.php on line 77 and defined in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data03/17/2243017/html/wp-includes/kses.php on line 486

Hi there – first, congrats on what appears to be a stunning theme!

I just have one pre-purchase question – for the order tracking…is that something that ships with the theme, or will i need to purchase that extension from Woo?

Thanks in advance!

Hey Grafix Diva, (catchy nickname)

The order tracking system is built into WooCommerce, you don’t need to purchase any other plugin.

Is there anything else you’d like to know about Shopkeeper?

Cheers! Adrian.

I think that’s it. Super slick :D Thanks!

Apparently it seems that the support team only responds to purchasers only.

I’m not trying to bash this author whatsoever but I feel when you address other peoples concerns and questions and skip over ones that are just as qualified, it feels like there’s a bit of favoritism here. Even if my comment was something that you were aware of, you should at least still address it and say “hey yeah we know its made for larger size desktops, but we’ll keep that in mind for future updates”.

Best way to lose sales in my opinion.

Hello again,

I just got back to the older comment. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, for some reason we’ve missed the comment. We don’t differentiate pre or post sale questions here. Actually, there should be only pre-purchase questions here.

Our developers already fixed the issue you were mentioning and we’ll release an update in the next few days that address it.

Your feedback is valuable and we always read every inquiry we receive. If you decide to start working with Shopkeepr and you need any help while setting it up, here’s how to reach our support team: http://support.getbowtied.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Cheers! Adrian.

Thank you for addressing my concern. Glad to hear that you’ve acknowledge the problem. You said that it would be addressed in a few days from your reply (~13 days ago) via an update. I have yet to see the update be put into effect. Do you have any idea when it should be updated?

Thanks in advance, Kyle

Hello Author, I really love your themes, i am wondering if you have a theme that I can customize the menu bar to the bottom of the screen and keep floating at the bottom? is that possible?

The header has lots of options but regretfully it doesn’t have this one in particular. Maybe you can find a plugin out there to help you with that. Glad to hear you like Shopkeeper. Hope you’ll find it useful.

Is there anything else you’d like to know about it?

Cheers! George.

Hi there,

Congratulations on this beautiful theme!

I am interested in this for my Greek e-shop. Is it possible to have this theme in Greek? Can I translate it my self or is there a ready translation?? If I have to do it my self, you think I can do it without much programming or website building experience?

Thank you.

Hi there,

Thanks for checking out Shopkeeper. Hope you can put it to good use.

Yes, you can translate the theme to Greek with no problem. It doesn’t require programming knowledge. You just need to set up WordPress in your language from the administration dashboard and most of the terms with be translated automatically. There’s will be just a few left that you’ll need to translate manually, but that’s done through the admin interface as well, you won’t need to touch any code.

There are lots or resources online if you’re new to WordPress and our support team can answer your questions as well.

Cheers! George.

Hi, 1. In the product page the loading of featured image and gallery images seems to be little complex, is it possible to have it as simple as in the retailer theme ?

2. In the category page is it possible to have a scroll bar for filter widget when there are to many attributes ?? like in http://uberstore.fuelthemes.net/shop/?sidebar=left

A perfect and top notch woocommerce theme, I simply love it and I would love it more and buy 3 of it immediately for my clients if i have the above two options.

would you mind giving me a reply ???

Hi, love this theme. Pre-purchase question: how are the lookbooks set up? Are they a WooCommerce plugin?

Good to hear you’re loving Shopkeeper. The lookbooks are just custom page, there’s no need for an extra WooCommerce plugin. The theme comes with Visual Composer, if you’re new to it, it’s a plugin that comes with the theme and allows you to build custom pages using a drag-and-drop interface. You can combine elements together such as images, products, or anything else from the list of elements available in the theme. That’s how we built these pages too.

Is there anything else you’d like to know about Shopkeeper?

Cheers! Alexandra

Hi, Iv’e looked at your demo pages using IE9 and they are all over the place.

Hi there,

The demo seems to be working fine at this end on IE9. But you can never know for sure with IE, can you please share a link or a screenshot of the page you’re looking at that seems to be all over the place?

Thanks! George

Hi, it’s possible increase sticky logo dimension? Now its locked to height:33px. My prefer is height:50px

You should ask for help with it by submitting a support request here: http://support.getbowtied.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Cheers! Alexandra

I would disable the effect “bounce” that makes the menu sticky when you scroll and appears to have a size of exact width and do not make any transition. It is possible? Thank you

Regretfully that’s not possible at the moment, but I can see a need for that. I’ll pitch this idea to the team, maybe they can implement an option for that in a future update.

Cheers! Alexandra

Pre-purchase question.

Your demo is confusing. I like the BARBER style layout, but when I click on any item or page, it reverts back to the SHOPKEEPER layout/colors/etc.

If I use the BARBER layout, will all the pages reflect the menu/colors/etc of BARBER, or does everything shift as it currently does on the demo?

Hi there,

I can see you’ve already purchased Shopkeeper. Thanks you for choosing it!

As you may already know, the header will be kept consistent across all pages, unless you decide to have a different one on a certain page.

We’re just tying to show more possibilities in the same demo.

Cheers! Romi

I brought up a couple of week ago on this support thread the fact that the default Product Category “grid” is in a masonry style and that it isn’t possible to change this to a simple standard grid layout.

I was told that I could create my own custom page and use the Category Thumb widget.

The problem I have is that if you have subcategories, when you click through from such a page, you will then get all the subcategories in a masonry style layout.

AFAIK, there is no way of either changing the links so that it links to a set of custom subcategories page (where I can again use the Category Thumb widget)...or overriding the masonry style in general and use a normal grid instead.

I presume it is possible by altering the php?

Overall I absolutely love the theme, but this one thing is causing me a lot of problems. The masonry style really doesn’t suit the look and feel of my site and a simple grid for category / sub-categories is all I need.

Hi. On the visual composer, I added a background image to my bottommost row. however, the background image does not stay within that row. Instead, it goes to the topleft-most corner of the page. Please see the page valogear.volgram.com. Thanks a lot!

Hi there,

Thank you for using Shopkeeper. I checked valogear.volgram.com and I couldn’t see the background image you’re mentioning, you’ve probably removed it before I got back to you.

If you’re still looking for help with it, here’s where you can submit your support requests: http://support.getbowtied.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Cheers! Alexandra

One question before buying…On your Portfolio -> Project Example pages ( http://screencast.com/t/jpKMavvs ) are you able to include products in the content of the project example page like how you do on the v4 womens collection homepage, like this: http://screencast.com/t/NtavxO4UCopO

Yes, sure you can do that. A portfolio project is just like a regular page in which you can combine any of the elements available, including products.

Let me know if you have more questions about Shopkeeper.

Cheers! Romi

Romi, Awesome! One last question, is there an option to change the layout to a boxed layout for the whole website? Or is it all full width?

Hi there,

Adrian here this time. Regretfully there’s no boxed version at the moment, but we have it on our list and we’re hoping to see it as a new option in a future update.

Have a great 2015! Adrian.

damn this demo. My home page: http://completegent.com/test/

I’ve had to find/download and import your test images – but now it’s assigned all these backgrounds – how do I get rid of them so that it reflects the demo???

that email was sent to you BEFORE this comment was made….

because they are not replaced – you can see it in the link above that I sent you.

Adrian here this time. Romi is away at the moment.

I checked your site and it looks like you’ve inserted a few images instead of replacing the gray backgrounds.

For example the image beside “Online Booking”, should be removed. After removing it, edit the row. This is what you should be looking for on your screen: http://screencast.com/t/8kiSH3y3F

On the 2nd tab “Design Options” you will find the gray background which you can remove and add your image: http://screencast.com/t/huxMmJJ8

Hope this will set you on the right track.

If you need help moving further, as Romi suggested, open up a support request here: http://support.getbowtied.com/hc/en-us/requests/new The comments board is not suitable for support.

Cheers! Adrian.
