Hello, I have purchased this theme earlier. We were using it on Opencart v1.5 and it was working fine there. We are upgrading Opencart on testing server. So, we downloaded your latest theme version to be compatible with opencart v2.3. After, uploading the files, when we installed theme using themeburn, all our data and categories were removed and sample data was inserted. How can we install theme by just changing the skin without affecting existing data?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, we clicked on the “import data” after installation. But, while installing, it redirects to Themeburn admin panel. There is no option to activate the theme. We checked with frontend whether the theme changes has been applied. But, it only reflects after clicking on import data.

We have followed the tutorial video steps given in readme file. Will you please let us know, if we have missed anything?

Please check them carefully. Generally theme should be activated automatically after module/theme installation from Admin > Extensions.

Hi there, A client of mine bought the theme and gave it to a company of translation to do the translation to Arabic,after they did the translation of the administration dashboard,we’re having a problem with Page Builder,it’s not working when choosing another page except Home page,and when I did a small debugging I’m having an error of :Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘lang’ of undefined at summernote-ar-AR.js:2 at summernote-ar-AR.js:104 Can you provide a fix of this and how?!

Unfortunately there is no built-in translation in Shoppica. It is fully translatable.

Hi, I’ve reviewed the theme’s admin and I like it very much. Theme available in english. Turkish admin and turkish page.

I currently use Journal with NitroPack and Opencart SEO Pack PRO. I want to move to Shoppica. Does this theme work with these extensions or does it replace these extensions?

Unfortunately, we haven’t tested any of our themes with Nitro Pack and most likely they won’t be fully compatible.

There shouldn’t be any problems with SEO Pack PRO.

Hi, Sorry to bother you and I’ve read that the support is done only through the forum. However I can’t Register or Login. It says that the “username” already exists. When I try “lost password” an email must be sent somewhere but I don’t receive anything. I’ve purchased a new license of shoppica because I’ve problem with my Shoppica 2 theme and I would like to ask it on the forum.

A former employee who had previously bought the theme for us must have used his own email. He’s no longer working for us and won’t help. We made the mistake to use the same “username” on Envato to buy the new license.

So now I can login on themeforest, download everything etc… but I can’t access the forum as it requires the same username.

I hope i’m explaining it well. It’s a weird situation and I would like to know how to contact you to sort this problem out. I just would like to update the email linked to the username I’m currently using on Themeforest.net in order to login on the forum of shoppica 2. Actualy I would like to use the same email used for purchasing the new license.

Hello, im trying to put slider to sub-sub category but it does not work. it works for main category and one under that (sub-cat) but category under that (example: Postcards > Vintage > Summer) does not work. is this bug or feature?
