I will tell everything step by step. 1. I am using Wordpress hosting. 2. I am entering the wpadmin panel. 3. I downloaded from https://themeforest.net/downloads with Installable wordpress file only option. (Actually I tried other option too.) 4.I am installing theme from apperance. then I activated plugins. 5.Then I am importing from Micado options with Import : Sienna Import Type : All Import attachments : All 6. When I selected for example: Modern Company theme that is selected to show in home page. It is not working . All the components mixed.

I am using the “template” for the app showcase from the demo content to display an overview of an app. I have an image set with a play button overlaid. When the user click’s the play button it should direct users to the video posted on my host, yet for whatever reason I continue to receive an error. I even tried changing the link out to a generic youtube link and it still doesn’t work. Any idea what is causing the issue? I can copy/paste the video’s path in my browser and it loads without issue.

Please note that We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out but testing Sienna with the latest WordPress version we can say that it is running perfectly fine, and it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update of the theme is out.

hello, I have a website that the top menu pages point to anchors on the homepage (just the contact page is a separate page). To make these anchors work even on internal pages, I put the full link: http://www.silverchemical.com.br/#satamentos-de-atuacao in each of the menu items. However, by doing this, when we are at Home, all buttons are highlighted (as they all correspond to the current page). I tried changing the CSS to background-transparent; but then the background color turns gray … how should I proceed? thanks!

Thanks for writing in and showing interest in Sienna.
If you want to translate the theme you’ll have to use plugin for translation. All our themes support plugin called WPML. It is most popular translation plugin. It’s easy to use and they have excellent documentation and video tutorials on how you can set your website in different languages.

Is the mkdf_section_title going to be fixed on the next update? After running the v1.8 update, anything mkdf (headings, dividers, etc) show a shortcode rather than the text

Probably the issue you’re facing is because the Core plugin is not updated. We did major updates of the themes and we changed something in our plugins, mostly Core. So I can suggest you, when you update theme, to delete our plugins and WPBakery, update the theme and then install those plugins again. If you still have some problem with this, please write on our support mail support@mikado-themes.com, provide them detailed explanation, admin and FTP access and they will be able to help you.

Thank you for writing in. Glad to hear you like Sienna. We have tested our themes, and there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues with Wordpress 5.0. Gutenberg became the official WordPress editor from WordPress version 5.0. It is in our TO DO list for the future updates, but since Font Awesome package modified a lot of classes, our dev team is working on it, since we need to test if it will work well for current installations.
