Received a copy of Signflow theme in April 2021 as a Theme Forest promotion. Deployed it and the website is hosted by IONOS. Today I updated the PHP to version 8.0 from 7.4 and received this error message. “There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.” AfterI revert the php version to 7.4 from 8.0, my website shows up again. Does the version of Signflow from April 2021 need to be updated to the latest version so it will be compatible with php 8.0? Many thanks!
Hi, I have an issue with the demo import in the Signflow WP theme. After completing the import I can see new pages and imported content in the dashboard but can’t view any sites, they all show a loading dot and fail to load. Can you please help? Do you think importing the demo manually would help?

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, PHP Version (max 8.0 but try with 7.4 as well), some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/signflow/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 15USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
6) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
7) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
LISTS – POST-TYPES
1) Select the file demo-list-name.xml(ex.demo-list-1.xml) and click Upload file and import.
2) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).
3) Select “Download and import file attachments”.
4) Wait up to 5 minutes, when importing complete you will receive a success message.
THEME SETTINGS

REVOLUTION SLIDER
1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin.
2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU
1) Go to Appearence > Menu.
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

Almost there…just cannot load background images
Do I need to install Revolution Slider (https://www.sliderrevolution.com/) for the background images to show up?
I have this theme but when i try to do theme options and download the demo importer this option isnt there. Please help
ive now managed to get the page demos but now i cant get the pages to actually load, they just have the load symbol and don’t actually open.
Hello, I cannot find settings for link for “advanced image box” module. As I see there is only possibility to create links for buttons, but image remains with “[URL]/#” link. How to resolve this? In my case image link shouls be same as button link or should be removed totally, because now it looks like “broken link”

How can I set up this the proper way? The products are redirecting to the shop page and the catalogue visibility is correct.

Just installed it on WP 5.9.2 and it was working – but after the Demo Import (which returned with Success), if I try to access my website, it crashes with “There has been a critical error on this website.” I’m not able to view my website anymore and I can’t make the Demo Import undo. I have to activate any other WP-Template, then at least my site is up and running again. How can I fix this?

I created a website in English and Chinese. I have set up two menus. One in English and one in Chinese. The purpose is to show the English one when on English pages and Chinese menu when on Chinese pages. However, I didn’t find that the inidvidual pages are allowed to select a menu for that page. So now I can have one header page. So even I am on an English page, I am stuch with the Chinese header menu. Would you please let me know how to resovle this? Thank you very much!

One quick question on CSS. I tried to use WordPress Additional CSS to add the following lines hoping to change the color and font size of the “mailto” email address text. The font size part works. However, the mailto link just stay the same light purple blue color. Would you please let me know how to change the mailto link text color? Thank you very much!
