I have purchased the theme and downloaded it on my local laptop. I have installed linux operating system – Ubuntu (Desktop – 64 bit) on my local laptop. The documentation links,  Installation etc for an example, in file Main Files/Documentation/index.php, does not open on ubuntu, chrome browser – version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I am also looking forward to my following doubts. Kindly reply as soon as possible:

Query -1: Can you please confirm that all used plugins in this theme will NOT need PAID renewal after one year or so?
