The Booking system didn't work as shown in Demo nothing happens only page loading icon shows.

Loading time takes ages to load

Bad support: when asked the above problems the support team only responded our customers are using it & it works fine and no issue on code.

The theme is outdated, no woocomerce integration and no multiple payement methods, and it's really not clear for use : you must do changes on the code. The support does not reply and I didn't get any access to the ticketing plateform, I receive only emails asking me to contact them on Skype, I tryed Whatsapp also, but they never reply and when they did : they ask to contact them on Skype :) I want my money back!

theme is not flexible for customisation, the page builder used is not user friendly(WP Bakery) when there is like of elementor and beaver builder.

All outdated and poor support.

Worthless theme. No scope of customization. Aweful support. The developers just don't reply. to tickets. NEVER BUY THIS THEME.

Amazing theme,Great and Quick support. I am quite happy with the support Team as I didn't wait to submit any ticket or anything else I directly communicate through skype and I got quick response and solution to my Problem. I really suggest to buy the theme.

Then I try to add vehicle Faq or testimonial to executive (checked in settings), it does not work, the executive cannot add/edit/publish testimonial or FAQ (not permit).

The only theme on the envato market that fulfilled our needs. Talking about the customer support, its awesome. I have contacted them a few times and the thing that I like about them is that you don't have to post a ticket and wait for 8 hours like in the case of other templates. Everything is instant and they will never let you down.

Talking about the overall design quality, its great and the theme is so flexible that you edit almost anything.
I would 100% recommend this template to everyone who is making a taxi booking site.
