Hi, I bought the theme some time ago. Today I decide to fix some things in the pages, but I have a problem. When I create a new element with the builder, clicking on the settings icon, the page stops working and I have to refresh the page. Could you please help me with a suggestion?

Hi, I updated php to 8.0 and it doesn’t work. Are you planning to fix the issues? I am getting Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function WP_Widget::__construct(), 0 passed in /var/www/website.com/wp-includes/class-wp-widget-factory.php

I bought the theme today and followed the update instructions you gave me. Unfortunately, however, when I change the PHP release on the host (from 7 to 7.3 as indicated by Wordpress) I am no longer able to enter the home to make changes. Wordpress tells me a critical error has occurred … But isn’t php 7.3 supported? What should I do ?

Some of them show just fine, whereas others are cut in the blog-display. What’s the correct dimensions of the image for the thumbnail so it displays correctly in the blog?

Problems with php 7+. Website reports two files with problems: 1-1-banner-widget.php and 1-4-banner-widget.php.

I state that I downloaded the theme because “offered” for free by Envato (monthly offers various products to subscribers who made purchases in the past). Unfortunately, I can’t get UPDATES and I can’t make changes to the site anymore (it always crashes and I can’t save changes). The site still in production works. How can I do ? Help me please.

Hi there,
I’m running into a problem with the content editor inside the page builder. Whenever I use a “Content” item to add in HTML, the editor will add in its own formatting, usually in the form of extra paragraph or line break tags.
I’ve tried disabling the Visual editor from the User administration area, but that crashes the theme, rendering the page builder totally unable to save data to the page I’m working on.
I believe the issue is caused by the “Visual” tab of the TinyMCE editor being enabled by default when a Content Item is edited. It looks like once the Visual tab loads, it makes changes to the markup on its own.
Is there a way to disable this, or better yet, to set the default editor tab to “Text?”

After WP 4.8 update unable on simplearticle theme to modify widget but only to change their position. It’s not allowed to add a new widget too. I noticed the WP version on simplearticle is 4.7. Do I have to wait a theme update ? Can you provide any help, please? Thank you

Yes, V1.08 is the latest update. We don’t have the update in 2017. (The update in the right sidebar of Themeforest page is not accurate.)
Right now, this theme is pretty stable. But we also still provide update to make sure that it works with current WP version. However, if you find any bugs, please feel free to let us know. We’re willing to help fix it
