Hello, On my script I have header and footer code, how can I apply your template to the website?

I have purchased the template, but how do I edit it and upload to my own script?

Hi, there. Use the form on this page to get in touch with me https://themeforest.net/user/webtunes I’ll follow up with some additional questions so I better understand what you’re trying to accomplish.

Hi there,

Does this fully support Mailster? Also, can we use the editor for any type of customisation and export to mailster template?

Yes, the email template fully supports Mailster. You can use the Mailster editor directly for any customization.

Files exported with the StampReady editor will work with Mailster. However, these types of files are not fully compatible, and you’ll need to add things like an unsubscribe link and other Mailster-related tags.

I agree with @bundes-verlag. Themeforest has this marked as “recently updated.” Where is the changelog? What are the recent updates?

Hey there, I have purchased some time ago and was wondering if I missed any Updates. themeforest says last updated 29 March 2022. However, there is no Update History and no hint for an update since V5.

Is this work in shopify?

I don’t have a StampReady subscription. Does this mean I cannot use the visual editor to edit the templates when I buy this item?

In fact don’t have any subscription to any of the email marketing services but I’d like to have a simpler visual way of editing the html when working on a template. I appreciate you supply html but I cannot see how to add/swap/delete additional modules such as footers/password fields/etc.

Hello there.

There are versions of the template that work with 3rd party visual editors or services, but there’s no visual editor included with the templates themself.

As a tip for the HTML code, the beginning of each module is marked with a HTML comment, e.g. <!- header-white-link -> You can use these comments to add/swap/delete modules.

I just bought this and I’m having a hard time navigating through all the modules in Mailster. I’m used to templates that show the actual visual of each module, makes it SO much easier to create. Is there a way to do that with Simpleapp in Mailster? Or is there some kind of list of all your modules with their actual visual I can reference?

Hello there,

The preview image of each module should show up on the right side of the Mailster editor. It sometimes takes a while for the previews to be displayed.

Stamp ready won’t let me edit links when they have a strong or any other tag inside the a tag. Can you confirm?

Also with Outlook 365 Version 2111 emails break when sent with stampready, they have additional blank rows. Looks like a Problem with padding attributes :-(

Hello, the last update was on August 30, but the changelog indicates November 20, 2018. So what’s new and will you keep updating it in the future?

I get an error when trying to import this template into CampaignMonitor

It says for all the wide templates:

Sorry, there’s a problem with your template Please make the changes we suggest below and then re-import your template.

Problem Solution No unsubscribe link We require a single-click unsubscribe link in every campaign you send. Please add the tags <unsubscribe> and </unsubscribe> around the words you want to become an unsubscribe link.

This error shows up when a template is uploaded that doesn’t include the <unsubscribe> tag.

Are upload files from …/Files/wide/CampaignMonitor/ ?

Hi, Do they come with scss so that I can change the color of the whole set? I do not use StampReady or any other tool.

Hi there. Source files are included with the item for more advanced users. This means you can update colors in the main CSS file and the changes will apply to the whole set.

Once you’re done, inline your CSS by using a tool like https://templates.mailchimp.com/resources/inline-css/ and include the media quries in the document’s head tag.

how to use online builder?

To use the StampReady online builder start by registering a free account at stampready.net

For access to all the builder’s features, a subscription is required.

Can we use these templates on Klaviyo?

You can use the templates with any service that sends out HTML emails. However, they are not built exclusively for this service. Which can in turn limit some of the features the service offers, like a content builder or unsubscribe options.

Hi, I was wondering, If I buy it, then will I be able to export any of the template that you have in HTML and it will work seamlessly in all the mail client without any breaking stuff??

Hey Zakaria, You can find a complete list of compatible email clients in the item description. StampReady requires a paid subscription for the Export to HTML feature.

Hey guys any update coming soon ?

template breaks in gmail after exporting from stampready. The problem is that the Tables are shown as separated in gmail… yet, in a code editor it looks normal. Here’s what I mean: http://prntscr.com/y63nf5 how to fix?
