Crashed the website hen I enabled Redux that is required. I tried to reach support, but register is not possible (no e-mails are sent with the password). So this is totally useless

the theme have quite nice features included, BUT why is not supporting header iamge. I can not get the design to work for me and to have what I envision. It have so complicated features, but no simlpe header image option, why? Also it is not documented how to make a page showing a list of all the autors
I used this theme for a long time and was impressed by its reliability and design.

I've tried to extend my support duration.
I paid the money since 2 months.
and till this moment can't get support.
I've tried to reach out through emails and comments and didn't get any answers.
The funny thing that last post on social media account was in 2019.
It seems like they abandon their customers.
Don't buy it, may be it was a hit in 2019, but now it's just an old fart.
Please google what you need and you'll find a great up to date and amazing options.

I'm sorry you feel this way, but we replied to your email the same day you contacted us, on Jun 18, 2022. Please check your email or send us a new one with your query. We support our theme and don't abandon our clients.
Everything you need is in this theme. I was able to delete multiple plugins for features already included. And the built-in page composer allowed me to set up my ideal homepage.
There's tons of documentation, including forums, manuals, and even video walkthroughs.
The support team is wonderful. I've been helped in a timely matter each time I reached out, sometimes in the same day.
Beautiful, highly customizable theme. Recommended.

Sorry you had this issue, but as it seems it was already resolved in our support forum.
I've had this theme for many years and it has been faultless once I got going with it. ThemesIndep were kind enough to warn me that they had changed the design (I'd had it so long) and warned me to be careful before updating files. You know what? I still like it.
I'm not a coder or expert I just wanted a stylish site for my writing. I know that if I ever need further help I can pay a small support fee - that's reassuring. Thank you guys.
