The first time I bought a Template instead of using a free one. I'm blown away by the great thought that went into the development and design and by the massive amount of specific site templates. The Documentation is pretty standard, but well made and gives you the basic information you need. I usually dont rate stuff i bought, but this one is totally worth it.
