i created a ticket in your system.
I have installed the quickstart package and on the frontend it is showing the “Template Settings” side menu (small hand logo on left side of window). This also happens when installing the theme only. How can this be removed?
Also in the header, how do I edit/remove the contact telephone number?
We would like to answer your questions as following:
1. Remove the “small hand” on the left side (we named this is Cpanel). Please do as: Under Magento admin panel, go to ‘System -> Configuration’ -> Select SM GameShop Theme on the left-hand menu -> Show Cpanel = No.
2. Also in the header, how do I edit/remove the contact telephone number?
Please go to: CMS -> Static Blocks -> block-contact-us -> Click Show/Hide Editor to change the number telephone or any info from this code.

I did buy the theme under a different username but got locked out of my account because the email registered with is no longer valid. I have the purchase code and license code for it and the card information I purchased with.
As for support, I am not asking to get things fixed because of a mistake I made, I am rather asking for a piece of the product that was supposed to come with it and did Not.
I will appreciate a little effort to get this issue resolved rather than dancing around it.
Because there is many people have the purchase code and ask us support, therefore we need your username and purchase code to check it.

Hi, I still have not received the updated files. Will you send today please? I am not sure why you are being confused constantly. I had explained that the email address I used to have with Themeforest is no longer active. As you saw I kept the purchase information for the record.
