Is this theme support magento 2.2.4 version

Magento 2.2.4 is not stable and still has some issues which is not completely fixed. That’s why we still do not upgrade this theme. When all things are ready and safe for all our customers, we will update all our magento 2 themes.

1. Actually, we are the same company, MageTech account sell item exclusively in Envato, and Magete account sell items non-exlusively

2. Market Magento Theme and Smarket Theme are 2 of our HOT magento themes. The common thing is that both were built based on default magento theme. The different is: market magento theme has more functions and optimized, it has mobile layout and magento 1 version as well, more number of homepages; Smarket Theme has fewer layouts but at the moment, it seems to be more stable. The reason is that Market Magento Theme is being updated. Sometimes, it will depend on the experience of users.

3. About responding time, our team always tries to serve customers in the fastest and effective way. Please remember that you always can raise your voice if waiting too long by send us via private mail.

In my previous comment, I don’t speak about the “response time” of your support, but about the reponse time of the template : Both demo of your templates are hosted on the same server (magento2.flytheme.net/) : With this Smarket template you have a good response time with only 2 sec to load the page BUT with your other Premium Market template ( https://themeforest.net/item/market-premium-responsive-magento-2-19-store-theme) who include the functionnalities required by my company like sticky menu,social login and lazy load image (which should decrease the load time of the page) we are at 10 sec to load the page !!! I want to buy your premium Market template , but it’s just impossible to have a so slow website.

ref MTT-THEMEFOREST-B86HYH6H7F I have now been waiting since the 20th February for a fix. (14 Days) Your support team are now ignoring my update requests. I now have no admin functionality due to formatting issues which you have caused. You have so far also managed to destroy my site by accidentally deleting the “pub” folder, losing me hours of work and your current support guy has a very poor understanding of english despite me repeatedly sending images of the problems. I must have a response today otherwise i will consider requesting a refund. Please bear in mind I paid extra for 1 years support. I do not make these comments lightly but am extremely desperate now. Please respond immediately.

Please remove the current support person from my account and put someone else on it. He has left my site open to hacking attempt by changing file permissions to 777, left site in developers/default mode and removed a majority of the back end admin theme making it unusable which I will now have to correct. He then tells me site is fixed without explaining what he has done so i can transfer changes to live site. Unbelievable and unprofessional!
