How do I make the homepage slider image not zoom in?
Also can I make it so it’s just one image, and it doesn’t slide? I’d like the homepage slider to just be an image, and still have the two blocks on the right side.
Thanks in advance.
Hey,
Here’s how you can disable the slider zoom effect: http://theme-sphere.com/forums/topic/image-zoom-on-roll-over/#post-135
For your second question, please create a topic at our support forums and we’ll help you customize it. And for further support, please create a topic at our Support Forums.
Thanks for buying. Have a good day.
Can someone help me with this problem? Thumbnail pictures of what I look like? Zoom does not work, something is not compatible but do not realize that … I’ve tried so far 10 theme ecommerce and so do, now try a universal theme and so do. As an idea, I tried on a subdomain and there’s wrong.

Another browser i see now it’s ok but Google Chrome is broken, whay ?
Hey,
As there’s no default zoom feature in WooCommerce, it seems like you’re using a 3rd party plugin for the zoom future. Our support team can have a look at it to try to see if there’s an obvious conflict – please create a topic at our Support Forums.
Thanks.
I created a topic and no one answers me …. I have a red x … Possibly because I support service expired? That is, in a year or so since I bought this theme I took your cat once and then all I solved the problem alone. Now would be the second time they will request the support and can not support that service expired. You are the best…..
It has just been a couple of hours since you posted your topic and it’s outside the support hours at the moment. Your topic will be attended in the order it was received in the support queue.
Thanks.
Hi, amazing theme. I absolutely love it. Having one issue though, hope you can help. I notice that in both boxed and full width style, my main area is narrower than that of the demo. That is, the side areas are wider, the images in the slider look a bit smaller too. Is there any way modify this theme to have main area as wide as on the demo? I changed all the post images to 1078×516, but that did not help. Thanks!
Hey,
Glad to know you like the theme.
It shouldn’t be any different than the demo. Have you tried in a different browser? Try pressing Ctrl + 0 to reset the browser zoom setting on your site.
If that doesn’t fix your issue or for further support, please create a topic at our Support Forums.
Cheers.
Ah! Ctrl+0 did the trick! Thanks a lot for the quick response and helping me fix the issue. Much appreciated!
Hi There,
We Love this theme and we will buy it if you can assist us with the following:
1. How can we remove the “ugly” effect on pictures when going mouse-over on all pictures but that the pictures are still click-able. Just removing the effect. 2. Is there any possibility to add stars instead of the percents and numbers in the review/rating category? 3. Is there a Top Menu that we can place instead of the trending topics on the top? 4. When creating a custom frontpage, can we still have the slider/intro like on your frontpage? 5. How do we decide which posts are coming in the front-page BIG BLOCK 6. How can we add a button under the Review Sidebar Widget so that people can directly cklick on the button like Play Now or Guy Now insted of only the percentage/numbers and the tittle?
Cheers, D
Glad to know you like the theme, David.
1. Both the slider image hover zoom effect and image hover fade effects can be removed with a few of lines of CSS that can placed into your Custom CSS settings from admin area. Simply create a topic at forums and we’ll send you the code.
2. Sorry, at the moment, only percent and numbers are supported. We’re considering stars for a near-future update.
3. Yes. While drop down menus are only supported in the main navigation, you can place a Custom Menu widget there to show a links menu.
4. Yes. The “featured area” (slider + 3 blocks) can be enabled on any custom page. It’s total of 8 posts (5 in the slider + 3 in the post grid).
5. When creating a post, there’s an option “Featured Slider Post?”. All the posts that have this option checked are displayed in the featured area, sorted by published date.
6. I’m sorry but I do not fully understand this question. If you’re asking about adding a custom button in the sidebar, that’s possible via normal text widget and shortcodes.
Let us know if you have any more questions. Cheers
Ok Thnx.. Other question. Can we add one of the Homepage Blocks short-codes into an particular Post or Page and that we sellect which category comes into the Homepage Block insert into the post/page.. Something like; relevant to… !
And, can we have the large banner above the menu customized by Post/Page so that we have different custom AD in the banner based on the content in the post/page..
PS. The 3 smaller blocks right of the frontpage slider, on what are they based, how do the post appear there? Is it also Featured Article or… ?
It would be also better for SEO reasons to have the H1 Post Heading above the image
1. You can use any of the home-page blocks on any page or post using the advanced shortcodes covered in the documentation. Using page-builder, it’s easier but shortcodes are available to do the same thing too.
2. Our advertisements use WordPress’s default widgets. So you can have a different ad based on the post/page using the Widget Logic (http://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/) plugin.
3. The 3 smaller blocks are an extension of the slider. The purpose of this area is to highlight the most important recent posts in the slider and then some more in the post grids. For instance, if you have 8 posts marked as featured, the latest 5 go into the slider and next 3 into the post grid on right.
