unable to download king composer

I tried to navigate to Theme Options → Utility to import demo content but it’s not working. I can’t even access utility section

I have purchased – Smartman – WordPress Theme For Handyman Service , I am able to install the theme but Theme Support Pluggin is not working at all, i have installed entire wordpress couple of times, but still it is not working , so this theme is completely useless, please give us support of refund the payment

One month since I bought this theme and it’s still useless. Nothing works. Support is crap too. I had to get another theme to complete the job.

The theme options do not work in the backend, looks like broken javascript is the culprit. Because of this, I can’t import demo content or do anything with it. This is a broken theme and shouldn’t be sold.

Developing on a localhost and am trying to import the dummy content to build on… but clicking on the Utility Tab does nothing.

Slider links are not working.

Just purchased the theme and am getting this error even though I have successully installed 2 other themes just after to test.

500 Internal Server Error, Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I have edited the HTS Access and lengthened the time in the config.php file with define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘64M’); but still not joy.

At this point I wanted to raised a call but your forum seems to be down, the one from the documentation.
