I was trying to deal with the theme from different angle…besides breaking my website multiple times after update, I gave up and installed on a new clean Wp…waste few more hours trying to import demo and move my content. No way, all broken, multiple errors…I just want a refund.

If you have access to multiple ThemeForest accounts, make sure you’re logged into the correct account that you’ve purchased with.
Generating a Personal Token using an account that doesn’t have purchased will render the token invalid when used in the Product Registration field.

PPRESALE QUERY THE LMS. LMS included in this theme is exactly the same as the LMS included in MASTERSTUDY THEME? If yes, I checked, the curriculum tabs is not there.

We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme are regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

Many people have complained about this error: “Please update MasterStudy LMS Learning Management System PRO!” You promised that once a new version of the theme is released, all the pre-packaged plugins would also be updated. This does not appear to be the case. WP Bakery is still on version 6.6.0 instead of 6.13.0! Master Study Pro is also still on version 3.6.3 instead of “4.0.3!”
When I bought this theme you promised lifetime updates. You are clearly not delivering on this promise for me and I am sure for many other clients.
But how can I update the plugin? And how can remove the notification banner from the dashboard?

Hello… now I am getting critical error on the courses page for students. They can’t access their enrolled courses. I have also noticed that there is no update banner for the “master study lms pro” plugin. It is still on versions “4.0.15” yet the latest is “4.1.5.”
What’s the issue here? And how come I’m not getting updates anymore?

Try to actually change the values proposed, even though they show different colors, to slightly more different ones, publish. Re-check your site via deleting your browser cache as well. By default, the theme and plugin strings are in English. However, the plugin is ready for translations. You can change your site’s main language under the WordPress dashboard > settings > general > site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations in the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the plugin. So, you can make your site in any language.
