From a design standpoint, I find the theme fantastic for what I need. Technical support is also responsive and I get a response in usually 1 business day.
Unfortunately the theme suffers from speed optimization issues even with caching and CDN. I have conferred with their tech support on this issue but there is little they can do about it.
That is not to say that the speed is terrible, but if speed is a major criteria for you, this might not be the theme you need.
