Did anyone solve how to change logo? I have tried both in Theme settings/Logo and Header settings/Logo but still snowlake image is the only logo. PLEASE HELP!

Hi, documentation says logo can be changed, but it doesn’t work. Logo upload via Theme Settings does nothing… Can you please state where to change the logo?
Ok so the entire “Logo & Favicon Settings” is not really doing anything – you need to go to “Header settings” and there you need to upload your logo in the exact dimensions you need it, so it is apparently impossible to use an upcaled, 2x or SVG logo 
I’m having some issues with this theme. It didn’t work at all when I first activated, nothing could be customised. I would upload images and nothing happens. I contacted support and it was quite challenging to get across what the problem was. It’s still not behaving normally, I can’t change the Snowlake logo at the top, for example.
Do you have a Chinese version?

I am having trouble editing the top banner in the demo data. I can only change a few things. I would like to customize the entire top banner/slider. Do I need slider revolution to edit this?

When uploading a logo on documentation is states:
” Insert Your Logo and Your Favicon, Follow The Steps Below. Step 1: More requires that you upload your logo as an image file (Logo.png). And Setup Logo for version Light and Version Dark Do you want.
The problem is in Theme options it allows us to add 4 logos? Which go where?
Also documentation is quite sparse and them option really needs a lot more work.
Also confused a bit where do you edit the “Project Title”?

It’s been a bit challenging trying to install the theme demo data, still waiting for the team to come back to me.
After a few emails back and forth, reading comments above, I’d like to get a refund, the theme looks nice and the importing and team support is just terrible. They removed my Admin account while doing the importing, I had to add myself back using the support email I gave to them. Terrible experience and definitely a lesson for me to read more reviews and comments before making a purchase.

Hi, I’m new in wordpress. I install everything just end step problem: I add new page, choose template Home 3 and then publish and then edit with Elementor and it just show footer, header show Free trial and I cannot add template.
I’m having problems importing the demo content. It’s taking a long time, and just finished and it hasn’t imported any of the images. Failed to import any images.
Import hasn’t worked. None of the pages are like in the demo and are all broken.
I followed instructions, please can you fix or alternatively provide a refund. Thank you.
