If you might need any kind of support, changes or questions about the modification that you cannot solve by yourself, you better don’t purchase one of their themes…
The support is bad… It takes very long to get an answer… And mostly they don’t understand you, so you have to describe the problem again… and wait again… Due to several questions I made, and the kind of reaction, I got the feeling, that behind this support from India (names are European), there are some not really professionalized guys, with only one or two geeks, to whom the questions are forwarding…
