The theme doesn't make any permanent changes to your site so when you deactivate it will no longer have any effect on things. So I'm not sure what you're trying to rebuild. This theme is a game-changer for me. It has enabled me to build a small but strong online community. I wish there were ways to monetise this theme for the creator because it is an exceptional piece of work.
I bought it when it was much cheaper, however for a new upcoming project, we will pay the higher price because it is still worth every penny. And remember folks you get what you pay for.
Its outdated and not user friendly when it comes to readability.

Hi there,
I see you've already opened some support tickets last year about login issues, but you were trying to modify the login system with apps and custom login pages. This doesn't really sound like a theme issue. Obviously when you modify a theme, core theme features may stop working. But, I did ask you a series of follow up questions but you never replied.
Also nobody else has reported these login issues, so it doesn't seem like a theme issue, because more than one person would likely be experiencing them.
However, if open a support ticket or respond to your old tickets I can help you with your issues. :)
I wish I could have chosen more than one reason for rating. Not only is the theme fantastic, the customer support is OUTSTANDING.
I am extremely happy with this theme and the support has been excellent. This is a game changer for my site and I'm very excited to have found this theme. Highly recommended!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The reason I had not responded to your questions sooner is because you posted them on a Saturday and support questions are only answer Monday to Friday (this is a fairly standard support schedule).

Before purchasing I researched all to know, bugs, reviews, and experiences with this theme. Thanks to previews experiences, looking into support documents.was scared I would not know how to setup, install and customize. Now after purchase, THIS IS AWESOME! Only 24 hours after purchase my Website was LIVE and looking great. Everything working great. www.alenaxp.com Except for stupid FACEBOOK Login... stupid facebook I can't link this shit...
What a great theme. It works perfectly and its easy to customize.
Installing extra bbpress plugins go quickly and without any problems.
Great documentation and online information.
Don't know about support, because up till now I didn't need it as I explain in the first two lines ;)
Poor flexibility within the theme. There are much better themes which integrate with bbPress and this theme is very slow as other reviewers have suggested. My review is not based on the comment received from the author as suggested. The help provided was poor.

The user requested a refund stating poor flexibility. I asked them what they meant by this, in case they were not aware of some of the theme options. They replied with three issues all relating to bbPress, none of which has anything to do with flexibility. I responded that these issues are completely bbPress related. They then requested a refund.
I'll be happy to look into any theme flexibility issues if you could tell me specifically what you're trying to do with the theme and are not able to do. :)
Good but need A LOT of addons to make is appealing and more modern looking . Doon't expect much. I was attracted by its landing page but for the rest of its pages need a lot of work and customizing because its just plain ugly

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the way the theme looks, but you were able to see all pages prior to purchasing the theme, not just the homepage. Why did you buy the theme if you weren't happy with this?
