Omg - this was the absolute worst and I've never had an issue with any other themes. Completely crashed my server. There is NO support available - why is this even being offered. I just wasted money and I can't even get a refund at this point. Please for the LOVE - take it down - it's a pile of crap!

I purchased this theme just about two years ago. I PAID for support and CUSTOM work to be completed thatNEVER was.

This theme is outdated and can not be updated.

The customer support takes over three weeks to respond and now I can't even log into their support center to follow up with tickets or make new ones.

They should be banned from selling on here and this is terrible customer service.

Very poorly written source, no backend Admin option to upload videos. The source code is so poor it slows down the server. It had not been updated for almost 2 years, authors claim it work so why update.
Heavy use of custom fields, which prevent to migrate to another theme in future without re-entering all posts and data from the scatch. NEVER waste time with this theme.

I received great support on a few technical issues I had while setting up the theme. The support staff reacted quickly and efficiently, solving the problems and even writing up a little guide for me to solve similar problems.

I don't reccomend this theme...terrible support and no instructions on how to do anything so you're left alone to figure everything out. I bought this theme because it said "Social" so i expected social media being a main part of the integration and it is not.
