Hi! Great script, but I cannot find the php folder and files in the source download, so the functionality is not as described in the documentation. Am I missing something? Please help!

Ah. You left the markup and the parallax library in plugins. Anyways, I was able to fix it by removing the background color, and for some reason I had to use a non minified parallax library. Really solid theme though.
