The theme has a very nice design. Too bad that it is very rigid, few possibilities for customization.

Couldn't update the core at first and had to do some research due to lack of response from support. However, this author has some great themes!

NIGHTMARE THEME!!!! Installation service is horrible. Theme was broken out of the box. Paid installation could not fix it. RIPOFF!!! After 2 weeks of fighting with this POS, Total Nightmare to deal with. DO NOT BUY THIS THEME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We found this rating pretty unfair since everything is OK on your side and since our theme passed strong tests on Envato market and tested on several servers.

I have 2 issues with this theme that will not be resolved by support.
1) After switching my site to use HTTPS I received security (mixed-content) errors. This was caused by the theme hard-coding google fonts to use http://. Google clearly recommends using https to retrieve their fonts. WordPress also recommends using wp_enqueue_style to load styles. Support told me to make a child theme and overwrite the function that is printing this line as they have no plans to change this. I had to make a whole child theme to add a 's' and correctly load the fonts.
2) Using the image grid caused my site to have javascript errors. I contacted support and they basically said the plugin bundled with their theme is not compatible with their theme.
They are great on giving solutions.
High quality design. Takes some time to navigate. But once you do, very powerful.
