Very fast and high quality customer support. Addressed the problem, there was a problem with the WordPress plugin.I got help and problem solving from customer service in two hours, though it's not their area of responsibility.

A wonderful theme, I use it to present my wildlife photography. Sadly I am a beginner and it was difficult for me to set up, but was wonderfully helped by the support.
A small glitch in a code was solved immediately.

There is no support for this theme. Support links to a forum page "SOHO - Fullscreen Photo & Video WordPress Theme" that is locked for new posts. Posts to still open forum themes are deleted and ignored.
