Could you please be more specific? What is horrible in the theme and what is wrong with this documentation https://help.gt3themes.com/soho-photography-videography-wordpress-theme/ ? It's really odd to get such review among 3500+ customers.

Hello! 1. If you have some questions or concerns, you can always contact our support team. 2. It's a common issue for new users here on Themeforest. You have to upload the installable zip file. It's really sad that instead sending a direct request to the support you submit a 1 star review :(
Finally found the area to change up the social media icons and phone number. Template was buggy in Firefox, but was able to locate it using Chrome. Not sure why since I had the latest version of Firefox so wasn't using an older browser. Took 4 of us to search for where to edit these areas. Again, a decent template with lots of items but so many areas are hidden. Not recommended for a beginner, and if you have friends who like to be detectives, then this template is good for moderate to advance users.

The support is provided via a ticket system.
Hello, major issues with getting image preview when sharing blog posts to social pages. This started happening on the last update of the theme. If I share on my FB business page the preview image does not show. The post will get a lot lower engagement without the preview image. I have sent a support request and still waiting on someone to get back to me.
