Design is great. There's a few flaws and it's a bit outdated (i.e. no instragram social icon) but I received excellent support from them to address most of the issues.
This is a flexible easy to use template with great documentation and fast response from support. However it doesn't work and play well with a https URL. The excellent training video points out the video URL's that have https in them are a problem. What I didn't see anywhere was that the URL of your site can't have https either (in other words it can't be a secure site). Regardless of what your video URL's are, if your site is https://mygreatvideosite.com you won't be able to play videos from the slider.
We had trouble transitioning to a WordPress site and the Customer Service was not only prompt but OUTSTANDING. These are good people.

Mediocre amount of features to build customized pages and blog posts, I need to buy additional styles plugins to accomplish simple design tasks.

Sorry you are unhappy with the amount of features. Overall we feel the theme has a ton of features and functionality which is demoed in the live preview. The theme is coded so you can easily make modifications and adjust the theme as needed. We have all the advanced functionality with videos and queries built-in while allowing for ease of customizability.
