We are sorry to hear this but this usually means that the wrong file is being uploaded. Check to make sure that you’re uploading the correct ZIP file. Here is Envato Article where this error is explained.

Also in order to get your Purchase code you can easily locate and download it from your Envato (Themeforest account) under downloads. Here is and article that explains the procedure in detail.

We hope this will be resolved and if you still cannot submit a ticket you can always send us a mail to our help center providing your purchase code in it and our team will check this on your end.

We are currently experiencing certain issues with our servers. As a result of this, the access to a number of live demos is temporarily restricted, and some theme functionalities like the demo import will not be available for a short period of time.
