Installed this theme and i have failed to import demo data, keeps giving errors whenever i try, theme looks broken. I need a refund if this wont work
Wonder if this author has support at all, provided them my credentials and still they cant fix the issue and yet they claim their theme works

Hi there, i have been in the process of editing the theme however i have run into some issues.
1 – I tried to create a new header for use on the entire site but elementor doesn’t give me the option to do that (doesn’t present the option to choose the use for the header whether on a single page or entire site) ,
also i tried to create a new header by creating a new page, i then copied the existing header template and imported it to the new page since the first option wasn’t working ,however when i open the pages on which i have used the new imported header, its just a mess and not working.
Pease advise on what is happening with the theme as this is quite frustrating to spend a lot of time on something that is easy.
how pathetic is your customer support, does some one need to wait for 48 hours before some one replies to a support request, if you cant provide me support refund me my money and i will purchase a theme whose support cares about its customers, very pathetic support

your documentation is even outdated and doesn’t align with your theme, your asking me to do stuff that aint applicable even. I have the jetheme core plugin installed but it doesn’t even show on the dashboard, stop the blame game here and fix your issues before you make people buy your stuff

This is an amzing theme but it is too heavey. The page takes too long to load. Kindly publish a guideline how to make it fast. (Perhaps not loading the unneccassry plugins/scripts etc.)

Unfortunately, in some cases there might be issues, that do not depend on the theme that’s used, and the products that are included in it.
The lack of the server’s memory (as happend in this case) is one of such cases, that can’t be predicted in any way. The amount of server’s memory impacts greatly the performance as well as the ability to use the product.
The documentation for the SolosShopy theme (Introduction block) states in the requirements that the server has to have at least 64Mb memory limit per process (the recommended limit is 128Mb).
Also, in the Elementor System Info block in the Dashboard you can see the recommended memory limit in WordPress Environment block and check, if the value you have suits, or you need to increase the memory limit.
Please, note, that the memory limit on the server you’re using is set to the lower value, and in order to make the theme work it is needed to increase the memory limit (it can be done manually in case you’ve got access to FTP and can edit ‘wp-config’ file) or you can contact your server provider’s support team to do it for you.
In both cases, the memory limit will be increased and the theme will be working properly with all the products included into it.
Please, note, that it’s always important at all times to pay attention to documentation, server’s requirements and general recommendations.
Again, we apologize for the temporary inconveniences. Our team has no means to know the server’s settings and details in each individual case. Please, pay attention to the memory limit set for your server.
SolosShopy theme is made with care and thought of our team’s clients. But, in order to use the product, it is imperative to follow the requirements and documentation.
Please, increase the server’s memory limit and check if it fits the limit recommended in the theme’s documentation. It should solve the issue.

Please, check it out in Elementor > System Info in your website’s Dashboard: http://prntscr.com/l4bnum – here is the screenshot showing where to look for the memory limit. You will probably see the memory limit set to value lower than the recommended one. This is the value you have to increase in order for the theme to work correctly.
