Absolutelly no support :((( Waiting for my question 3 weeks and counting.
unfortunatelly some of the negative reviews are true :( they are absolutelly ignoring my messages and email for two weeks now. I am writing this just to get them to answer :/
Awesome theme! I highly recommend it!
No response for support after 2 months. Absolutely a waste of money! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We receive a large number of support tickets daily. Unfortunately, sometimes people slip through the cracks and we apologize for that. A message with your ticket number may have solved this issue.
I've been looking for months to find the perfect theme for my blog.
Unfortunately I chose this one because I liked the design.
During the first 4 months Customer Support was slow, but they got back to me after about a week each time.
After 5 months they didn't reply my support tickets at all anymore.
I tried for the next 8 months, with the help of envato, too, but nothing.
Very disappointed to have put all the work and emotions into my blog chosing the wrong theme.

The support period expired months ago. Buyer keeps asking for customization which support does not include. This is the same for any author on themeforest.
I have been a customer on Themeforest for years and bought several themes. Never ever have I experienced as bad and slow customer support as with Seaboard Themes.

Customer support is terribly slow (2 weeks since a ticket submitted and no response) and the theme istself is poorly written.

Buyer criticizes our code yet he needs support from us to modify css and other small issues that require minimal understanding of css, html, and php. That seems a bit odd wouldn't you say?
Our support can take up to a week for a response. We respond within a week of your response. If you don't respond in a timely manner things can take a while. This buyers expectations are not realistic for support.

Great design, easy to use and very flexible. Customer support was also very helpful and pleasant. Great theme guys!
This theme sticks to the good old Design Rule: "Form follows Function". It's very well balanced and offers a vast and well organized range of customization possibilities. It reminds me a lot of WP Zoom's considered magazine themes, but Solstice is much lighter and therefore perfect for personal blogs (Fashion, DIY, Lifestyle...) I especially like the two menu-option. (That gives me the possibility to put disclaimer and boring stuff on the top, while the second menu focuses on the 'fun' categories). Thank you, Good Job!

Absolutely love my new theme. I've always held back on spending money on my blog, and even though the price was a lot for myself, it's definitely been an investment and my blog looks really clean, pretty and professional now!
Super helpful documents as well basically explaining everything for me! I'd also rate it 5 stars for the design, amazing customisation and code quality, but it would only let me pick one.
