Hi, I submitted a ticket 5 days ago regarding a small issue, and have not received a response. How can I access support for this theme?

Any intention of updating the theme? Lot of thinks to update.

Hello, I just purchased your theme and downloaded it. However, once I go to Wordpress and try to install the theme, it tells me “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or missing something,I am not sure what is happening. Thank you.

Hi! Please see the following documentation for proper installation of the theme. Thanks!

What kind of slider can I add to “pages”? the one from bootstrap doesn’t seem to work unless I use the latest bootstrap (which seems to break the nav)

Hi, will your team fix the outdated woocommerce templates problem in the future? Because I followed the steps on woocommerce and updated some templates, some of the templates no longer look like the old templates before. Would your team please help with this? Thank you. Hi,

Thanks for notifying us. We will look into the issue and correct it in the next update asap.

Thanks!

Hi there,

We have installed the theme with a fresh installed WP but we’re having a problem with the uploaded medias as the same issue on demo page.

When we upload an image, it adds a suffex at the end of the name as following uploaded image name: logo3.png renamed one: logo3@2x.png (@2x)

Please see attached image. http://imgur.com/u78GQuK

How we can sort this issue out?

Thanks

Hi,

The theme has retina.js built into it. The theme is looking for the @2x images which it is not finding. That is why those warnings are present. It is not renaming your original images. You can remove retina.js from the theme if you would like to remove those messages. Please open a support case if you need further assistance.

Thanks!

Is there commenting in blog post? Can u show some screenshot

Hi,

Is this theme compatible with WordPress 4.7.X and WooCommerce 3.0 or is going to be compatible in a nearest future?

Thanks!

is there an option for comment on blog and reply by other viewers?

Hi,

I’m not totally sure what you are asking. Can you elaborate?

Thanks!

Just created ticket but I am seeing that response can be slow so putting on here too. For some reason you have coded the nav parent with the walker class of Bootstrap so dropdown parent links aren’t clickable? How can this be remedied without an entire major hack?

Hey still having issue with slider stacking images…waiting for ticket answer, thanks.

Hi,

We have responded to your ticket.

Thanks!

Hello which font and which font color do you use for the header? Can you give me the code?

I like to use the same header. Do I have to make it on my own?

Hi,

Please open a support case and we will help you out.

Thanks!

Hi,

I sent a few support tickets that I havent heard back on. Tickets: #918616 and #903389

Could you let me know about those two issues when you get a chance

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. We have fixed your issues.

Thanks!

Thank you! I have one more ticket open and that should be the last thing I need help with

TICKET #921507

Hi,

Replied to your case. Let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

Thanks!

Hello,

I submitted a ticket last week, but I have not received a response.

Images in slider are not displaying at full width (990×500).

Additionally, new posts are not appearing in the top slider. I have set the slider post tags to “popular” but it is not updating the images/posts in the slider.

There is also not a place for me to remove the number of views an article has. It is supposed to be under Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings > Post Meta Data Settings.

Thank you

Valerie

Hi,

Please make sure your images are larger than 990px x 500px or they will not fill the slider. Also, make sure that each post you would like to appear in the slider has the tag “popular”.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. If you are using an older versions the meta settings may not be present.

If you have further issues please open a support ticket and we will assist you.

Thanks!

Hello,

Yes, they are larger than 990×500. I also have tagged them as “popular”.

In my support ticket, I attached screenshots of where I am having trouble with the theme.

My ticket number is #906482. The theme was just installed about two weeks ago, so I am thinking everything should be very much up to date.

Thank you Valerie

Hi. I submitted a ticket 10 days ago but no one responded.

I have a few questions regarding your theme.

Question 1: Is it possible to edit the Checkout page – If yes, how?

Question 2: How to change the color of the SALE badge? – I found how to change text’s color but not the background

Question 3: How to make the full image clickable – not only add to cart button?

Question 4: How to change button colors on product page?

Question 5: There’s no feature that allows me to remove blog post’s view counts. There’s no Post Data Settings in my menu. How can I do that? (I read the article – wasn’t helpful at all)

That seems everything for now. I may contact you again. Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

Best,

Miroslav

Hi,

Here are the answers to your questions.

1. What do you mean by edit? You can only edit what WooCommerce allows you to in the WooCommerce settings.

2. You can do this in the theme options panel under Customizer -> Shop.

3. Sorry the theme does not work this way by default. You would need to significantly modify the code in order to achieve what you are asking.

4. What button are you referring to? Most shop color settings can be found under Customizer -> Shop in the theme options panel.

5. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme. Older versions may not have the meta settings.

Thanks!

How to you put special characters next to the blog title? In the demo there are building icons, how do I replicate that and or change the icon to something else I want.

Hi,

Thats the home button which is part of the design. There is not option to change it other than modifying code.

Thanks!

Hi, I just purchased your theme a few days ago and it looks nothing like the original! How do I make it look exactly like the original?!

It doesn’t give me that option on the image widget

By image widget you mean the text widget that you used to create the about me widget? If you are unable to figure it out please open a case and we will assist you.

Thanks!

Oh I see, I was using the image widget and not the text! that worked, thank you! I noticed I am not able to click on the menus that have sub items, I am just able to click on the sub items. For example, one of my menus is “Lyme” and the sub items are “Lyme Symptom Checklist” and “My Lyme Story”. Usually when I click on the menu “Lyme” it would pull up older posts that are tagged under Lyme, but this one just drops the sub items and I can only click on them. Is there a way to fix that?!

Hello, how to update the version of template – we installed ver. 1 – any update? thank you

so I have copy only file with ftp and not install by dashboard… Please can you explain better…

Hi, You can install via the dashboard but you must first delete the theme first.

Thanks!

done… same result… Solstice Version: 1.0

still some version and some General Settings in the Theme Options…

I’ve just installed your theme and now try to add a full width post. But I do not find any checkbox or so to activate the full width mode. By default the blog posts are all set up with a sidebar. How may I change this? All required plugins are installed and all advanced post options are activated on my “Add a blog post” page. Sadly I still can’t find an option to create a full width blog post.

Hi,

Full width posts can be created by deselecting the sidebar within the post settings (click the x to remove the sidebar). See here: https://seaboardthemes.ticksy.com/article/6976/

Thanks!.
