I have put in a ticket for help with the Sondos – Clean WordPress Blogging Theme and they say that they will reply in 12 hours. It’s been 24 hrs and nothing. I have followed all the documentation on how to set the pages up for no sidebars and the content still won’t center (it stays left justified). This is obviously an issue within the theme and they are not addressing. I’m regretting now that I bought this theme.

Unfortunately, it’s not compatible with WooCommerce. You can check Caress or BuzzMag theme. They support WooCommerce.
I am very interested in purchasing this theme and was testing the “live demo” on my iPhone 6+ and old iPhone 4s. The Progressive functionality is off with the iPhone 4s = as if the pages are “zoomed in on.” The “ABOUT” page chops off the edge of the first letter on the left (“A” for ABOUT and “P” for “PERSONAL DETAILS.” This occurs in the portrait and landscape view in my iPhone 4s Safari browser.
Will this theme function correctly with older iPhones like the 4/4S/5?
Hi, We don’t consider zoom in is a problem because Safari forced any website to zoom in. if you checked it on Chrome you can’t zoom in.
Anyway, Sondos theme is totally responsive and I think you noticed it. It’s works good with any screen size and I think visitor don’t need to zoom in because content will be very readable.

Hi I am struggling to get the sidebar on the right – the page is a ‘category’ so I can’t edit the look of the page (in the backend)

Second, You must extend you support licences to got answered.
Anyway, You can change sidebar position for Categories, tags and search results by going to Appearance > Customize > General settings and change sidebar position

It seems like it makes post formats easier, but not necessarily needed???
No it’s necessary to add videos, soundcloud, quotes and link posts

I want to change some features in customizer (I want to add my Facebook page to the header and footer). However, it just keeps saying ‘Loading’.
What could cause this? All other pages load, I’m still able to add new posts, pages etc. Only the customizer doesn’t work!

Sondos has 3 homepages templates. Left, right and without sidebar. You will find them in sub menu under home in demo
Hi. I suppose that slider will show images and articles, but in my case doeas not work at all. The slider is moving on the next “something”, but there is not any photos or articles shown. Any ideas? (please check http://eni-eopyy.gr/)
Did you add featured image for each post of them. You must add featured images to all these posts and must pictures size is 1080×720px or more.

Just go to Menus you will find three links options to insert to menu. Pages, Categories, Custom link

Thanks for replying.When I installed the theme, It shows my posts in full and not excerpts like the demo. How do I make my homepage look like the one in the demo? I have read your theme documentation and did not find the information I need to make my theme look like the demo.
It would be helpful if you can tell me if you are using a static homepage for the demo. If yes, how do I get my posts to show on the homepage?
Also, I do not want to make use of the featured image. I just want my site to look like the setup in the demo.

Hi, Sorry for delay. Sondos theme is very easy to use. If you basic wordpress user, you will be able create blog like demo.
- To add read more button to post just use read more tag here it is https://en.support.wordpress.com/more-tag/view-all/- You have 5 post formats tabs in every post. select post format add picture or video link or gallery depends on post format and it will work in home and inside the post like demo.
- I told you how to add posts to slider before you can back to previous comment.
- To customize theme go to Appearance > Customize and you will find a lot of options will help you in design and colors. Also you can add social links for header and footer, add logo…etc
- For Menu, Widgets. It’s very simple. go to menus and create menu then select it as main menu
Go to widgets and add them to sidebar and footer widgets area

Very nice theme, thanks! I have localized it to polish version, but I miss the personalize options in .po file. Is it possible to localize them?

Sorry, Sondos theme doesn’t have this feature because we assumed users doesn’t need it. It’s back end option
Ok, I can live with that. I have another question in this case. In the customize options I can see the sidebar colors options. But they do nothing. When I change the Widget Borders Color they stay as in the css file (7px double #e5e5e5;). Should it be like that?
