We just loved the theme from day one. It was very easy to set up and easily manageable.
And then recently, the site developed an issue. Friday evening my time, I lodged a ticket with the designthemes team, and there were absolutely awesome. The response was super quick. The issue got resolved in a matter of minutes. Thank you.

The install did not start off great, some challenges and server settings. Though I will say the support team did a FANTASTIC job or sorting thru all the various errors, and helped get the theme up and running with the demo content...Great Support.
