Worst purchase i ever made. After installing and activating the template, i get a critical error message from wordpress and i cannot access my admin panel and public site anymore.

Hi @ degiekes , Looks like you had missed to check WordPress compatibility as mentioned and advertised on Item detail page and rated 1 star, right after creating ticket. I guess its fair to atleast have some patience to get response from team where you asked for help.

Some responsive issues were never solved.
Just check the preview. I't has been abandoned long time ago. No updates, no support
This year I extended the support for this theme that I bought a few years ago. From march 20th, I've been asking for help to fix theme issues (not customizations) and since then I've been getting the same reply... They have received the information and it has been sent to the technical department, please bear with us... 6 times already without receiving any help.
There's no support.
I am really pleased with my purchase. The theme is easy to use. The support is good and quick.
